• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: The anime was big in Argentina where it was broadcast on multiple channels during the 80s.
• Values Dissonance: The Vice Principal of Aoba High School is in love with Danko, tries to hug her at every opportunity he can, and grabs her breasts with both of his hands in the first episode. This would be considered sexual harassment in the West.
