  • Ass Pull: As noteworthy as "Blackgaard's Revenge" is for its Darker and Edgier feel, the way the plot gets kick-started feels pretty contrived to put it lightly. In short, the viewer has to be willing to accept the idea that, while Dr. Blackgaard was busy trying to get the last ingredient he needed for the Ruku virus, he was also simultaneously programming a virus into the Imagination Station as a last resort. This may not have been so hard to stomach if it weren't for the fact that this happened in a very fast-paced arc where time was of the essence, plus he was just about to set off a bomb under the building in an attempt to destroy it. While it isn't implausible, it is rather illogical.
