- Heartwarming Moments: The entire ending of the game. You find the acorn, return home, restore it, and get to show another child the precious acorn's wonders.
- Tear Jerker: The beginning of the game. The player never really understands why the acorn is so important to the boy, but the sight of his silhouette crying over the acornless tree and what he puts himself through to get it back speaks volumes.
