The crew of The Owl House answered a lot of fan questions.
- Several from Dana's Reddit AMA:
- Boscha and Amity's respective mothers were, and still are, fierce rivals.
- Eda and Lilith are in their mid-late 40s, Willow is 14 and Gus is 12.
- Lilith was not the teacher Amity mistakenly called "Mom", as referenced in "Lost In Language" and the two have a distant relationship, not helped after Amity learned Lilith had her cheat in "Covention".
- Lilith dyed her hair dark blue after joining the Emperor's Coven to look more intimidating.
- Amity's hair is dyed due to Mrs. Blight wanting her children to be color-coordinated.
- Principal Bump's demon host is named Frewin.
- The reason why Luz is oblivious to Amity's crush on her is due to her being distracted by Eda's curse.
- Despite being on better terms with each other in "Wing It Like Witches", Willow and Amity still haven't completely mended their friendship but they're working on it.
- On a more humorous note, Eda is confirmed to have visited Las Vegas and not being impressed with it as well as beating Lilith in Hexas Hold 'Em... Probably due to cheating.
- From Dana, Spencer, and Luz’s Twitch Stream:
- Mr. and Mrs. Blight’s names are Alador and Odalia, respectively.
- The names of the girls in Boscha’s squad are Skara (the one in the Bard track), Amelia (the green-haired one in the Plant track), and Cat (Healing track).
- The Hexside student with the crescent moon head is named Bow/Selene.
- Witches and humans have the same lifespan, but some witches can extend theirs.
- Luz is Afro-Latina.
- An interview Dana and Amphibia creator Matt Braly had with YouTuber Rebecca Rose had Dana confirm that Luz has ADHD, albeit as a retroactive Throw It In!, due to Dana looking it up and realizing just how well it fit Luz.
- The same interview had Dana confirm that homophobia and other forms of enmity towards the LGBTQ+ community simply do not exist on the Boiling Isles.
- When Dana guest starred on the Negative Space Podcast, she stated that Luz is gender non-conforming.
- An Instagram post by Disney confirmed Emira to be the older twin and Edric to be the middle child of the three Blight siblings.
- From the "Be Gay Do Witchcraft" charity livestream:
- Luz inherited her lactose intolerance from Camila.
- The true name of Hunter's cardinal palisman (who was dubbed Li'l Rascal by Luz) is Flapjack.
- According to DisneyNOW's "Watch and Play" game, Raine's stage fright came about from performing in Rats during a school play with Eda, and nobody but them know this. The fun fact can be found in the third screenshot here.
- According to Rebecca Rose during her reaction video for "Follies at the Coven Day Parade", the ram-horned girl in the abomination track is called Mary. She later tweeted that it's her official name, and that the Illusion teacher has no proper name.
- On Twitter, Dana confirmed that Mattholomule and Steve are half-brothers. Their relationship would have been explored in season three were it not cut short.
- All the names of the remaining coven heads were revealed during Cissy Jones's post-episode livestream.
- The construction head is named Mason.
- The healing head is named Hettie Cutburn.
- The oracle head is named Osran.
- The potions head is named Vitimir.
- Darius's last name is Deamonne.
- Additionally, the same livestream revealed the name of Gus' Palisman to be Emmiline Bailey Marcostimo.
- Belos named the majority of the Grimwalkers 'Hunter' as a sick joke.
- A livestream by Cissy released the night before "For the Future" premiered confirmed the whereabouts of Lilith's coven sigil despite their importance in the second half of Season 2. The crew simply just forgot about including it or a reason for its absence. They half-jokingly suggests that it was either removed after she left the coven, or Belos simply hates her enough to not give her one.
- In regards to why Lilith was allowed to keep her Palisman, the "Clouds on the Horizon" Post-Hoot suggested that it was so she could use it to go back in time in "Elsewhere and Elsewhen". It was for the same reason that Belos allowed Luz to live in "Young Blood Old Souls".
- Darius' Penstagram handle is Goo Daddy.
- According to tweet posted by Dana shortly after the final episode premiered, Hunter's new bluejay palisman is female and named Waffles.
- Several from the "Watching and Dreaming" Post-Hoot:
- Stringbean's existence was foreshadowed in the show’s logo, in the "L" of the Owl and the "S" of the House.
- Raine's palisman was hidden in the design of their violin, and Hunter and Dell worked together to recreate the palisman after their violin was smashed.
- The Clawthorne family are indeed descendants of Caleb and Evelyn, but Hunter and Eda don't know this.
- Owlbert was carved after Eda was cursed.
- The eye on the old portal door belonged to The Titan.
- Hunter is bisexual and Willow is pansexual.
- Amity and Lilith rekindled their student-mentor relationship during the timeskip.
- The Titan does have a real name, but it is unpronounceable.
- Eda and Raine do get back together in a long-term partnership; they don't get married because not all relationships end in marriage, but Raine moved into the Owl House during the timeskip to be with her.
- Vee has a crush on Masha, but their relationship status is unconfirmed.
- Odalia and Alador divorced during the timeskip, and the kids now live away from her.
- The rat from "Clouds on the Horizon" was a reference to Ratatouille, and is unofficially Alador's palisman.
- The theory that Hooty is a tapeworm attached to the Titan (and that's how he can travel around the Boiling Isles due to his access to wild magic) was confirmed to be true.
- Belos saw Flapjack as the culmination of Caleb's corruption. Flapjack was the first magic that Caleb was introduced to. Evelyn disguised herself as a human in order to meet a reasonable, less violent human - Caleb was that person.
- The old house in Gravesfield could have belonged to Caleb and Philip originally. Eda slowly rebuilt the house over the years.
- Gus, Alador, and Willow's glowing eye powers are related to their emotions and adrenaline affecting their magic.
- Luz and Amity eventually married and started a family together, with Luz being declared an honorary member of the Clawthorne family for the rest of her life.
