Toon Bops is a Canadian animated Preschool Show by Nelvana composed of various shorts.
The show is a musical series featuring cute little creatures, humans, and other miscellaneous things taking part in short, simplistic songs meant to entertain and educate children. Said songs usually vary in length from one minute, thirty seconds, to under two minutes.
The series debuted in 2019 on Treehouse TV, being shown as interstitials between other series.
Toon Bops contains examples of:
- Cute Machines: Given the nature of the show, expect the robots to look cute.
- Cyber Cyclops: The robot in "I Want A Robot" has one eye.
- Growling Gut: "Yummy in my Tummy" begins with Miranda's stomach growling.
- Interspecies Friendship: The episode "Miranda the Panda and Mark the Shark" has a song about the characters' friendship.
- Rhyming Names: Two of the characters are Miranda the Panda and Mark the Shark.
- Santa Claus: He shows up to do his thing in "It's Christmas!".
