Timmy's Secret Wish is the ninth and final Made-for-TV Movie of The Fairly Oddparents.

After so many wishes being made, Timmy is confronted by Jorgen von Strangle, who has come to congratulate him on making his one millionth wish. Taken to Fairy World, Timmy is shown a parade of all his wishes that he made, but is warned by Jorgen that all his wishes are also being overseen by the Fairy Council, and if he made one too many bad wishes, he'll be branded "The Worst Fairy Godkid Ever".

True to the warning, Timmy has made so many bad wishes, he is labeled The Worst Fairy Godkid Ever and imprisoned by the Fairy Council, pending a trial to see if his godparents will be revoked from him and all his wishes undone. To make things worse for his own sadistic pleasure, Anti-Poof, or Foop, serves as the prosecuting attorney. Initially, things work in Foop's favor, but Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof are able to, at one point, nearly sway the Fairy Council into pardoning Timmy for his crimes by bringing up Poof, moving them to tears, but Foop is able to look through the incriminating evidence that Cosmo stupidly collected and finds something that enrages the Fairy Council, a document that denotes that Timmy made a Secret Wish, the ultimate violation of Da Rules, as all wishes must be documented and accounted for, or it could cause unknown consequences. Timmy reveals his secret wish was for everyone on earth to stop aging so he could keep Cosmo and Wanda. Furious at Timmy for this sacrilege, the Fairy Council rules him guilty beyond all doubt and takes away Cosmo and Wanda, along with banishing Poof, Foop, and all Timmy's wishes to the Hocus Poconos for eternity, before calling in Father Time to punish Timmy with advancing time on Earth 50 years as it was 50 years ago Timmy made the Secret Wish.

Awakening back in his bedroom and now 60 years old, Timmy tries to adapt to the future world he now lives in, but due to no one understanding their futuristic technology, it keeps blowing up on them. Running into Mr. Crocker, who hasn't aged a day due to the trauma he suffered back on March 15th, 1972, they head to the Crocker Cave, and use Crocker's portal to head to Fairy World. Once reuniting with Cosmo and Wanda, who poof Timmy back to his ten year old self, they then find Jorgen, now having traded his muscles for becoming morbidly obese over the trauma of losing Poof, and he explains where to find Poof and the other members of Timmy's un-wished wishes in the Hocus Poconos.

Heading there and rescuing Dark Laser, the Crimson Chin, Poof, and Foop, they prepare to leave, but the secret wish another godchild wished up blocks their path. Timmy makes a Heroic Sacrifice to draw it away while everyone else escapes before the portal closes.

Unfortunately, they are then brought before the Fairy Council again, who are angry that they defied their ruling and are about to punish them for their defiance, but Wanda then mentions how Timmy sacrificed himself to allow them to escape the Hocus Poconos. Foop asks for a retrial for Timmy, but the Fairy Council sternly refuses. However, an argument from Poof convinces them to reconsider and agree to the retrial, rescuing Timmy from the Hocus Poconos. Once Timmy then explains the full details of why he made his secret wish, considering his fairy godparents family to him, and doesn't care if he never gets to make another wish again as long as he can still be with his godparents, the Fairy Council, so deeply moved by Timmy's explanation that they are crying and hugging each other for comfort, overrule their earlier verdict on marking Timmy The Worst Fairy Godkid Ever, return Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof to him, and have Father Time return the Earth to 50 years earlier, restoring things to normal.

After all that, Timmy promises to never, ever, make another secret wish again.

Tropes:

• Aesop Amnesia: This special showed that Timmy wished for everyone to never age due to his fear of losing his fairy godparents, despite learning that he should enjoy his time with his fairy godparents while it lasts in Channel Chasers.
• Big "NO!": Timmy screams one as he is being sent through time 50 years by Father Time.
• Courtroom Episode: The second quarter of the episode becomes this when Timmy is taken to Fairy Court after the Fairy Council see he has made one too many bad wishes, which culminates in Foop revealing his secret wish.
• Didn't Think This Through: This happened twice. Wanda believe the best person to help defend Timmy was Dark Laser. Then Foop succeeded his plan to make Timmy guilty and get rid of Poof. But Jorgen pointed out to Foop that he’s Poof’s counterpart so if Poof goes, so does Foop.
• Hope Spot: Near the end of Part 1, Timmy's bystanders have spoken up about all the good things he's done with his wishes to helping him, and it seems as if Timmy will be pronounced not a worst godkid by the Fairy Council and will be let off free...but then Foop objects, presenting a file revealing Timmy made a secret wish.
• Mood Whiplash: The special starts with Timmy celebrating his one millionth wish with Cosmo and Wanda in Fairy World... but then he is suddenly placed in court by the Fairy Council after finding out about his bad wishes.
• Opening Shout-Out: After Timmy makes his one millionth wish, Jorgen declares a song in his honor by singing the theme song, only to stop and initiate an elaborate rock ballad instead.
• Plot Hole: If fairy magic doesn't work in Hocus Poconos, then how come Foop was perfectly capable of using his magic there?
• Riddle for the Ages: How did Foop get a hold of Timmy's secret wish?
• Temporary Bulk Change: After undoing Poof, it caused Jorgen so much grief that he becomes morbidly obese from eating frosting, and remains that way for the rest of the special.
• "They've Come So Far" Song: Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda sing "A Million Wishes" as they celebrate his one millionth wish.

  • When it seems that Timmy will win the case, Foop suddenly objects and brings up a horrifying revelation:
    Foop: I have discovered devastating evidence against Timmy Turner! He hasn't made a million wishes after all; He's made a million and ONE!
    (Everyone gasps)
    Blue Fairy Council member: Foop, what exactly are you saying?
    Foop: I'm saying that Timmy Turner made a secret wish! (Evil Laughter)
  • A rather huge one by Timmy when he reveals his secret wish, which also provides a big reason behind the show's Comic-Book Time.
    Jorgen: Turner, what did you wish for?
    Timmy: Okay, don't be mad, but I secretly wished that everyone would stop aging so that I could stay ten years old and keep my fairies forever.
    Council Leader: What!? When did you make this wish!?
    Timmy: ...Fifty years ago?
• Worst. Whatever. Ever!: Timmy is branded "The Worst Fairy Godkid Ever" after the Fairy Council find out about his excessively bad wishes.
