Olliver's Adventures is a Canadian Animated series by Collideascope Digital Productions (best known for animating seasons 2-3 of Johnny Test) and Decode Entertainment (now part of WildBrain).

The story followed Olliver, or Ollie as he's also known. Olliver is a young boy living an average life... except in his own mind. In his imagination, Olliver is prone to going on the most epic of adventures with his closest friends, including his pet iguana Jorge, Beano the Dog, Zoomerax the alien, and Trog and Tara the jungle natives. In his adventures, Ollie will sometimes either have to tussle with some perceived villain he's encountering that day, or one of his own rogues gallery, which include Cray and the baddies, the giant big sisters, or the cuddle cubs.

It started out as a pilot special of two 10 minute shorts called Ollie's Under the Bed Adventures, which premiered on April 15, 2001 on Teletoon. The full show debuted on September 3rd, 2002, and ran until March 20th, 2005 for a total of 39 episodes over 3 seasons.

Olliver's Adventures contains examples:

  • Big Brother Bully: Three of them, the giant big sisters. Their greatest joy in life is in being mean to Ollie.
  • Black Bead Eyes: Ollie and Beano have these. In fact, they're the only members of the cast who do.
  • The Bully: Cray and his friends. They sometimes show up in episodes, though their roles in the story vary.
  • Dem Bones: In "Warpo General Hospital", when Olliver goes to the titular place, he meets their doctor, who's a living skeleton.
  • Fluffy the Terrible: The Cuddle Cubs. They may look like innocent little bears... but they get vicious when they get mad.
  • Frozen Face: In "Warpo General Hospital", Ollie keeps making faces until it gets stuck. This is what gets him admitted to the titular hospital. After helping the doctor out, the doctor cures his case of face-stay-like-that (as he calls it) by feeding him a sour ball.
  • Mr. Imagination: Olliver often goes imaginative adventures related to what he experiences in the episodes.
  • Shout-Out: In "The Singing Pickle", the map that shows how far Olliver and the gang is to reuniting the titular pickle with it's friends is modeled after the overworld map in Super Mario World.
  • Weather-Control Machine: In "Ice Storm", Ollie discovers that a disgruntled weatherman was using machines that look like Zambonis to create the titular ice storm. He was doing it as revenge for no one watching his reports.
