La Familia Del Barrio is an adult Mexican animated series, comedy, and sitcom that stars a dysfunctional family from Mexico City. The family consists of mature and responsible Gaspar, misogynistic el Abuelo, irreverent, irresponsible, alcoholic womanizer el Noruego and tweenage son Jonathan (nickname Jonny), who is influenced by the bad teachings of el Abuelo and el Noruego. They live in a multifamily building called PINO. The family tries to live life as best that they can.
The series was created in 2004 for Teco Lebrija. It has been picked up by Comedy Central Latinoamerica and MTV since 2013.
