Baby Follies (Fr: Baby Folies) was a 1993 French animated series, broadcast by C2A and France 2, co-created by Serge Rosenzweig and Claude Prothee. In Mexico it was broadcast on TV Azteca in 1993-1994. An English version produced in France was shown in the UK and Ireland in the mid-90s.

The series takes place in Baby City, a World in the Sky where babies live and function in a similar fashion to the adults on Earth before they are "born" via being delivered by one of many storks.

Baby Follies provides examples of:

  • Delivery Stork: More akin to an entire system of storks that take babies from the city to be "born" on Earth when their time comes.
  • Token Minority: Of the major cast of babies, only one of them is black. Seemingly every other baby in town is Caucasian.
  • World in the Sky: Baby City is located high up in the sky above even the clouds, borderlines on Fluffy Cloud Heaven with a baby/toddler theme.
