is a fantasy webcomic created by VM.
The webcomic is set in a modern setting in an alternate history where supernatural incidents are becoming frequent in some areas. The protagonist, Jack Reed, is one of the people that don’t pay attention to such things but the things sure seem to pay attention to him. It doesn't help that he owns a ranch that appears to be haunted.

Schedule Slip: Longest episode of this was followed by a reboot of the whole comic because of the author's Art Evolution. - Muggle Born of Mages: Linton seems to have oddly much insight into some things.
- Weirdness Magnet: Lauri Salmi, even though Linton seems to think Lauri is the weirdness rather than the magnet.Lauri: It’s just that all this shit always happens to me. I’m used to it.
- Parental Abandonment: Frank, also Linton up to a point.

- Genius Loci: Birchhill ranch. Pre-reboot, when Jack goes out at night the trees appear to have red eyes that follow him around.Jack: God this place must hate me.
- Theme Naming: April and June, all the oldest Reed sons being called John (except Jack, but then again Jack is a diminutive form of John)
