Operation: Reboot is a sci-fi webcomic following the everyday lives of Shae and Zane, who have just moved into a new town where they encounter friendly neighbors and creepy rumors about their new home being haunted. Of course, that would be silly.
No, the house is just hiding a top-secret lab with an abandoned Robot Girl who doesn’t take too well to the new tenants and a quirky AI with a bit of a childlike streak. Looks like life just got that little bit more interesting…

- Almost Identical Twins: Averted. Shae and Zane are clearly fraternal twins.
- Bookcase Passage: Double Subverted.
- Blatant Lies: The story Shae feeds to her mother to explain Savannah is absurd (though much less so than Zane’s). Hilariously, her mother buys it anyway.
- Establishing Character Moment: Savannah’s first act is to hold Zane up at gunpoint.
- Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: Shae takes on the responsible role while Zane is more carefree and quirky.
- Genki Girl: Marian.
- Mister Muffykins: Bubbles, a Chinese Crested who has a bit of a mean streak.

- The Voiceless: played straight up with J, who has spoken quite a bit off panel, but hasn't said a word on panel
- Weirdness Censor: Quite literally: there is a projection field around the house that keep people outside from seeing all the weird things going on.
