MINIBOSS was a fantasy webcomic written by Flynn Thomas and originally published on DeviantArt. The comic started on May 14th, 2016 and updated on Wednesdays and Saturdays, sometimes featuring bonus pages for any variety of reasons.
MINIBOSS follows a failed prototype, nicknamed "Proty" who falls from space onto the tiny planet of a kind bee named Humbee and a salty dolphin called Jorge.

Unfortunately, the comic is no longer publicly available. The artist has removed all of the pages and changed accounts. The pages were reuploaded with an attempt to reboot the comic, but sadly, the reboot was cancelled and every trace of the series was scrubbed from the internet. There still exist certain ways to reread the comic, but not all pages were able to be preserved.
They still produce art and comics to this day.
MINIBOSS contains examples of:
- Abnormal Ammo: Humbee's power is to shoot out star magic with finger guns.
- Abstract Scale: The MINIBOSS universe uses stat boosts based on emotion. (Ex. -12 Confidence or +20 Fear.)
- Absurd Altitude: Happens quite often, which is to be expected, considering this comic takes place (mostly) in space.
- Admiring the Abomination: Jorge to Beta in Episode 3.
- Aerith and Bob: Humbee, Proty, Beta, Donkyx, and Jorge.
- Aggressive Negotiations: Beta and Proty seem to be having a casual talk in Episode 3, up until Proty punches Beta, who then casually breathes an entire rain of blue fire upon him (and Humbee!)
