Iji Reborn is a Spiritual Sequel to the Iji (Captain Lhurgoyf) webcomic, in the same Interactive Comic style. It details a pacifist run of Iji, though so far it has deviated from the game in having Original Character Verde and past Iji (so far) join present Iji in their quests.
Tropes:
- Curse Cut Short: Past Iji does and will exemplify this. "Might as well murder these b-" "Oi, language."
- Fan Sequel: to the original Iji, which was itself a Fan Remake of the game Iji.
- Timey-Wimey Ball: Averted. The Iji that joins present Iji and Verde is not a past version of the present Iji, it is the Iji of Iji (Captain Lhurgoyf).
