Evasive Action is a Star Wars Legends webcomic that was available on the Hyperspace website.

Tropes in this webcomic include:

  • Ascended Extra: High Inquisitor Antinnis Tremayne serves as The Heavy, having been a minor character with an appearance in a short story in a Shadows of the Empire-centered issue of the Star Wars Galaxy Magazine and a short story in the Star Wars Adventure Journal. Apparently, according to Wookieepedia, he was also slated for an appearance in Star Wars: Empire at War after the release of this webcomic, only for him to be cut.
  • Big "NO!":
    • Drake when he discovers his master was killed by Grievous.
    • Ekria when she sees footage of Aayla getting gunned down.
  • Call-Back:
    • Drake's master was Roron Corobb, the Ithorian Jedi that was assigned to protect Palpatine during the Battle of Coruscant in Labyrinth of Evil book and the Star Wars: Clone Wars television show.
  • Continuity Snarl: The Star Wars: The Clone Wars television show would later depict Barriss as having been kicked out of the Jedi Order before she was ever knighted, contradicting her being knighted, getting a Padawan, and having served until her death in Order 66 as shown in this webcomic. When asked about this inconsistency, Leland Chee stated there was no official explanation for this and he couldn't see Barriss being taken back by the Jedi in time for the end of the war.
  • Discontinuity Nod: Revenge of the Sith originally contained a scene where Barriss would be killed in Order 66 on Felucia. Evasive Action makes it official.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Tremayne was in the AgriCorps before he became an Inquisitor.
  • Mentor Occupational Hazard: The masters of Drake, Ekria, and Zonder — Roron, Aayla, and Barriss — are all killed in the final days of the Clone Wars, with Roron being killed in the Battle of Coruscant while Aayla and Barriss become casualties of Order 66. As a result, the three Padawans are left to navigate a Jedi-less galaxy alone.
  • Simultaneous Arcs: Reversal of Fortune and early Evasive Action are this with Revenge of the Sith. Reversal of Fortune takes place after the Battle of Coruscant and the beginning of Evasive Action takes place during Order 66.
  • Tuckerization: Drake Lo'gann is named for the illustrator Tom Hodges's son, Logan.
