Coming To The Lavender is a webcomic written by Sasha Badger (Laylabelle 97) on Tapas about a recent college grad Aaron is a recent college graduate who's traveling late at night to move back in with his parents. When he makes a pit stop, he makes small talk with a mysterious man who will remind him what happens when you talk to strangers. Unfortunate things, as well as a giant bug, ensue.

The webcomic provides examples of the following tropes:
- Ax-Crazy: Both a literal and metaphorical case with Douchenugget. He's a well dressed short old man who kidnaps and tortures people for a living, and once he's transported to another world his first action is to steal an ax from a nice farmer and use it to decapitate her
- Cast Full of Gay: Both Aaron the main character and his love interest Myfawny state they're bisexual the first night they hang out together. Feather is a Wholesome Cross Dresser in a relationship with a gay man, and his friend Mag talks about how she used to think she was straight.
- Evil Old Folks: The men who kidnap and torture Aaron are all either middle aged or old, particularly. Special mention to Douchenugget, who appears to be in his 50's and takes great pleasure in taunting and torturing Aaron.
- Human Sacrifice: Douchenugget kidnaps Aaron with the intent of using him in a ritualistic sacrifice. Not much is known yet about the purpose of the sacrifice as of yet, but the implications of a :Crueland Unusual Death: being a part of it
- Kick the Dog: An unnamed Terrafelos goes to check on Douchenugget when he collapses onto her farm. He repays her kindness by decapitating her.
- Statuesque Stunner: Myfawny is 8 ft tall, with gorgeous purple hair and stunning bright blue eyes. Aaron and the fandom appreciate this.
- Tiny Guy, Huge Girl: While Aaron is of average height for a man, and is still a head taller than Big Bad Douchenugget, his girlfriend is a towering 8 ft tall monstergirl.
