This work contains examples of:
- Affectionate Parody: Originally, of crappy MS Paint comics. But then it took a different direction.
- Adaptation Decay: Done rather famously by Twili, who made a "lost episode" comic that's not been seen again to date. Probably intentional, as Twili's sense of humor is odd.
- Bigger Is Better: The parody comic (yet to be released, mind you) called "Suparu Ruapsu Funtaimu", where all the female characters and Beau have humongous tits. And Riku has a visible bulge in his pants.
- Ignored Epiphany: "Do you realize that all we've been doing for the past 15 comics is spouting random gibberish that, somehow, our fans think is funny, and we actually have a somewhat bad update schedule? Oh well."
