"Hello, my juicy, juicy friends out there! Whether you come from that way or that way on the side of the globe, it doesn't matter, you've all got the juice!"
Opening Quote

Professor Juice is a video game review channel hosted by Rosie Caddick, who's better known as the sister of Jim Caddick (aka Caddicarus). She primarily covers games released on PlayStation consoles (or games featuring their characters) to see whether or not they've "got the juice". Her channel can be found here.

Professor Juice contains examples of:

  • Acronym Confusion: In the LocoRoco review, Rosie jokes that PSP stands for "Play Something, Please!".
  • Blooperinvoked: Her editing style involves adding unsuccessful takes of lines and shots in her videos and following them up with successful takes.
  • Brain Bleach: In the Toy Story 2 review, Rosie shudders after she mentions that Molly's baby bed now makes her think about Sonic Dreams Collection.
  • Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick: In the "Top 10 Pirate Sections In Gaming" list:
Rosie: Pirates! They drink, loot, sail, hunt for treasure, sleep, do horrible... [in a more unsettled tone] horrible things to people, and... illegally download their favorite films.
  • Can't Believe I Said That: In the Crash Boom Bang review, Rosie complains about Pura's more anthropomorphic redesign (with shorts):
Rosie: I never thought I'd say this, but take off your trousers and get on all fours! [with her hands on her face] Oh my God, I can't believe I just said that.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: She's even more eccentric than her brother James.
  • Comically Missing the Point: In the Shrek: Treasure Hunt review, Rosie is unable to see that Shrek's balloon animal spells out "Win" during the cutscene that plays when a minigame is won, even after seeing the rocks that fall on Shrek during the cutscene that plays when a minigame is lost spell out "Lose".
  • Deadpan Snarker: She provides plenty of quips in her reviews. In fact, in the DuckTales Remastered review, she calls herself "a Banthersaurus Rex".
  • Flipping the Bird: Buzz does this in the Toy Story 2 review when he and Woody leave Rosie.
  • Forced Tutorial: Tutorials that force the player to stop and slowly go through each step seem to be a pet peeve of hers, as seen in the Sonic Heroes and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness reviews.
Rosie: No one likes this. No one likes it when a game holds your hand when you're in the tutorial. I mean, please tell us what to do, by all means, but don't forcefully guide us through by stopping me every two BLOOMIN' MINUTES!
  • Fun with Acronyms: R.O.S.I.E., Rosie's robotic counterpart first introduced in her "Top 10 Robots In Gaming" list, stands for Robotic Operating System In Excellence.
  • Mondegreen Gag:
  • Mundane Made Awesome: In the "Top 10 Fruits In Gaming" list, Rosie briefly draws attention to a banana in her old LittleBigPlanet level which states that it is, in fact, a banana.
  • "Not Making This Up" Disclaimer: In the Shrek: Treasure Hunt review, Rosie pretends to vomit in the toilet, as plenty of online reviewers do after experiencing something they find horrible, after seeing the graphics of the game. She then clarifies that the game genuinely did make her feel nauseous when she played it.
  • Robot Me: R.O.S.I.E., who tries to replace the original Rosie in her "Top 10 Robots In Gaming" list.
  • Running Gag: "The Sex" when coming across subjects of a suggestive nature.
  • Shout-Out:
    • Her title card uses a sample from Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
    • One of the props she uses in the videos is a Klonoa hat (which she reveals in the Lunatea's Veil review she made when she was 13), complete with Pac-Man logo.
    • R.O.S.I.E. seems to be modeled after Mettaton EX. Fittingly enough, the "Top 10 Robots In Gaming" list she's introduced in has Mettaton on it.
  • Skewed Priorities: In the Space Channel 5 Part 2 review, when Purge announces that the Rhythm Rogues have captured Space President Peace, Rosie's main concern is whether or not he can still sing.
  • Snarking Thanks: In the Sonic Heroes review, Rosie sarcastically says "Thanks, game" whenever the game does things like activating Edge Gravity only over edges with solid ground under them and giving cues to do things too late.
  • Soundtrack Dissonance: In the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command review, Rosie thinks that while some songs in the game are passable for a space adventure, others don't fit as well, such as the "Mission Failed" theme.
Rosie: This isn't a Game Over song! This is a song that plays when Mr. Silly goes over to the Silly Shop in order to get himself a new silly hat, but on his way there, he slips on a silly looking banana and then hurts his silly little bottom, and everyone there around him's just like, "Oh, better luck next time, Mr. Silly, you silly, silly sausage!"
  • Spit Take: In the Um Jammer Lammy review, Rosie spits out her water when she thinks she hears the words "what the fuck" in the song "Fire Fire!!".
  • Stock Scream:
    • In the Crash Boom Bang review, a visual representation of Rosie stapling her thumb, which she'd rather do than play the game, uses a Wilhelm scream.
    • In the Airblade review, a visual representation of a person's legs being ripped off, which comes up when she says she's not pulling anyone's legs when presenting the introductory cutscene, uses a sped-up Wilhelm scream.
  • Sudden Downer Ending: Subverted in the Toy Story 2 review. After Rosie gives a butchered overview of the game's plot, her Woody and Buzz toys turn out to be alive all along and leave her for making a mockery of the story. Rosie is heartbroken by their departure... that is, until she realizes she can just buy replacements on eBay.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: In her Cheap Cheap Rap videos, Rosie attempts to make one of Cheap Cheap's seafood cakes by following the instructions from the game. It doesn't turn out like it's supposed to in the game.
  • Unfortunate Search Results: Inverted in the Airblade review. When Rosie sees that a company called Porn Star helped create the game, she says she won't research them because she fears the results the Internet will give her. However, an image of a Google search of such shows the only result is for a porn star martini.
