Disorganization XIII is a fan-made parody of the Kingdom Hearts series, created by YouTube users MasterWGS and DeathNoteL12. It ran from 2008 until 2013.

The show focuses on Organization XIII, a group of antagonists of the Kingdom Hearts series - or should we say, wildly exaggerated, mostly useless loser versions of Organization XIII who mostly hang out and bicker with each other. Occasionally their leader, Xemnas, formulates a new scheme for the group to enact, but it often ends in pure disaster. Whether it's Xigbar and Luxord going at it, Vexen being a whiny wimp, Axel giving dry commentary on the goings-on around the castle, or Roxas wondering why he's even here, one thing is certain - things are not going to go as planned for the Organization.

The series originally ran for four episodes, then underwent a cast reshuffling as founding cast members moved on or otherwise quit. Two more episodes were released, but the series has not continued since the release of spin-off Fire and Ice in 2013. Alongside the six mainline episodes, various shorts have been released in different formats, such as Disorganized Q&A and other promos. There is also a Christmas special, as well as an episode mini-series featuring Xemnas' attempt to crash the 2009 T.A.C. Awards.

Disorganization XIII provides examples of:

  • Abhorrent Admirer: Saïx to Xemnas; Marluxia to pretty much anyone. Xemnas appears to be this to Larxene.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: These guys are far cries from the sociopaths, Big Bad's, and Arc Villain's they were in the original games. Especially noteworthy in Xemnas' case.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: However, Lexaeus and Zexion are more abrasive and condescending than their original counterparts.
  • Audience Surrogate: Roxas, the Organization's newest member, in the first episode. Axel, the sarcastic commentator on the group's shenanigans, in latter videos.
  • Ax-Crazy: Xaldin's answer to pretty much anything is to stab it.
  • Bad Boss: Xemnas has plenty of shades of this. He's highly verbally abusive and generally doesn't give a shit about his people.
  • Bullying a Dragon: Xemnas lying to Sora that they kidnapped Kairi proves to be one of the WORST ideas in all of creation, even if it was a joke, since Sora responds with an explosive Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
  • Camp Gay: Marluxia has a highly effeminate voice to match his pink hair.
  • Christmas Episode: "A Very Disorganized Christmas", in which Saïx tries to find a gift for Xemnas at the last minute. It's told in verse too!
  • Did Not Think This Through: Xemnas barely manages to half-ass his lie to Sora regarding kidnapping Kairi.
    Xemnas: We kidnapped your friend!
    Sora: Who?!?
    Xemnas: Um-well-I-it-was...
    Sora: Not Kairi!
Xemnas: YEAH! KAIRI! We kidnapped him!
    Axel: Her.
    Xemnas: I MEAN HER!
  • Epic Fail: The Organization's trials that were supposed to stop Riku from joining all failed in hilarious ways. Half of the members don't even try to put up a fight, to Xemnas' rage.
  • Hypocritical Humor: Xemnas is reduced to a blubbering wreck when Sora tears the Organization a new one for supposedly kidnapping Kairi. His response when the mixup is resolved and Sora leaves in peace? "Yeah, YOU BETTER RUN!!"
  • Large Ham: Xemnas takes the cake, and Xigbar, Lexaeus, and Marluxia are no slouches either.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Larxene, who's treated this way In-Universe by Xemnas.
  • No Indoor Voice: Xemnas and Xigbar are always bombastic and loud.
  • Noodle Incident: Several, notably how Marluxia's made a habit out of giving out Organization robes in exchange for sex.
  • Odd Friendship: Lexaeus and Marluxia. The former is a big, tough, no-nonsense kind of guy who hates everyone, but Marluxia is a Camp Gay flirt. Yet the two manage to get along surprisingly well sometimes.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Saïx literally loves Xemnas to death and would do anything for him, but when his beloved master presents his abridged version of Tropic Thunder, he drops any pretenses of ass-kissing.
'Saïx: Master, I'm sorry. But that blew fat cock.
  • Out of Focus: Roxas and Demyx have the smallest roles of the group.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: Really all of them. Nobody takes Xemnas seriously except for Saïx, and all of them are more interested in their own thing than anything else.
  • Roaring Rampage of Revenge:
    • Xemnas goes on one when rightfully told how badly he sucks at making abridged series.
    • Sora annihilates the Organization in minutes when he thinks they've kidnapped Kairi.
  • Serious Business: Oh, God, the TAC Awards for Xemnas.
  • Sudden Downer Ending: "A Very Disorganized Christmas" - Saïx fails to find a Christmas present for Xemnas, but he warmly tells him that he only wants to be with him for Christmas, satisfying Saïx's desires at last. It turns out that it was a shoddily written fan fiction Saïx had written and was reading to Xemnas for Christmas, and Saïx is thrown out of Xemnas' room.
  • Suspiciously Specific Denial: Vexen did not get into the Organization through sexual favors, so stop asking!
  • The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: The Organization really doesn't do much of anything besides bicker, hang out, or go shopping.
  • The Unintelligible: Donald simply quacks in his trademark way, though Sora and Goofy can understand him just fine.
  • Vocal Dissonance: The scarred, cross-looking Saïx has a goofy chipmunk voice. When he doesn't take his meds, his voice deepens dramatically.
