- Adaptational Jerkass: Colonel Archibald Gracie. He talks over Jack at the dinner table, saying that all life is a game of luck, and when nobody listens, he continuously repeats himself even though Jack is still talking, then finally says it in a painfully loud voice.
- Sir Cosmo Duff-Gordon, to a lesser extent. When he sees the third class passengers are trapped in steerage, he simply laughs and says "You don't want to stay out here with the women?"
- When Jack sees Rose about getting ready to jump off the ship, he tells her to "do it", then takes out popcorn and a camera before loudly repeating "DO IT"!
- Description Cut: Right after Gracie says that women and machinery do not mix, a hot woman is shown giggling on a Sybian.
