An indie animation set in a Steampunk Wild West, in which robots, referred to as "mechs," (not to be confused with Giant Mecha) coexist alongside humans.

While the mechs are often mistreated by humans, one girl, named Pearl West, treats them as if they were humans and shows them a great deal of care.

When a particularly cute and very different mech named Six shows up in her town, followed shortly after by bandits who are looking for it, Pearl decides to take care of this mech and keep it hidden from those who would possibly do it harm.

The first episode can be watched here. It impressed executives at Disney, Nickelodeon, Apple TV, and Netflix, and easily made its Kickstarter goal for a second episode.

This show contains examples of:

  • Close-Knit Community: Seems to be implied, as the characters in town all seem to know each other.
  • Cool Airship: Bandits invade town from a very large airship capable of holding a very large number of them.
  • Robot Buddy: Six, the little mech that Pearl adopts and begins to care for, and hide from the bandits trying to steal it.
  • Steampunk: Fairly advanced robots exist seemingly without electricity in the wild west.
  • Traveling Salesman: A boy comes in from out of town and starts hawking his robotic wares.
  • Wild West: Cowboys, cattle, small towns, deserts and the familiar outfits. The wild west is the primary setting for this work.
