The Super Smash Bros. parodies by LucarioDXAuraStorm are, as the name suggests, a collection of different machinima parodies made by the channel.
The videos are connected to each other, forming a storyline filled with gags, shorts and pure comedy in which different characters from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate partake in different shenanigans. Hilarity Ensues.
The parodies contains examples of:
- Ax-Crazy: The Villager and the Wii Fit Trainer, both based on the Killager and the Evil Trainer memes, respectively. The Villager even wants to be friends with the latter.
- Butt-Monkey:
- Luigi, all the way, even more so than in his source material. There's a reason why he has an "Ownage Count", and it's been going up even in the future. And when he finally gets a "PWNAGE win"... it was against Kirby, one of the weakest fighters in the games, getting an ownage point once again. To make matters worse for him, in a deleted scene, he gets one... just because Marth was defeated by a Bombchu and Luigi wasn't even there.
Luigi: What?? That doesn't even make any sense!!- Waluigi... because he's still not in Smash Bros.
- Roy... because he wasn't in Smash Bros., either... until Ultimate.
- Character Catchphrase:
- For Pit is: "Bullshiggity".
- Also: "Aw heeell naw!"/"Aw heeell yeah!"
- Flame War: Proto Man and Bass and the rest of the Mega Men fighting over if either the 2017/18 memes or 2013/14 memes are better. It took the classic Mega Man to stop all of them.
- The Friend Nobody Likes: Olimar. Also Roy.
- Hypocritical Humor:
- Snake thinking that all anime characters are women because of, among other things, the big eyes, even though Samus said she's also defined as an anime character and Pit points the latter out about her having normal-sized eyes.
- In one sketch of a Smash Ultimate parody, Bass tells the group of Mega Men about how IceJJFish isn't funny anymore... and then he complains about not telling him what is or isn't funny once he does a Deep Fried meme.
- Improbably Female Cast: Parodied, Snake thinks there's this since, according to him, all anime characters are women because they all have big eyes, big breasts and look as such, while also labelling characters with deeper voice as "dykes". This is despite the fact that there are characters with small eyes, facial hair and clearly male features. It goes to the point that he even tells and convinces Falcon about his bullshiggitynote . This blows in his face when Pit introduces him to Haruka Ten'ō, to which he reacts by saying that "his Solid Snake is confused".
- Lame Pun Reaction: Mario's reaction in one of his meetings with Mega Man:Mario: So-a, Mega Man, what-a is your Final Smash-a called?
Mega Man: It's called Mega Men!!
(Ba Dum Tish)
Mario: Yeah, I d-I don't... I don't... I don't think we should be friends anymore.
Mega Man: (Stuttering) Yeah, I'm-I'm-I'm so-I'm sorry for the corny joke.
Mario: Yeah, don't apologize to me.
Mega Man: (Whispering) Ok. - Mad Libs Catchphrase:
- Snake has variations of: "That concludes my conclusion".
- Link has variations of: "OH MY GOD!! We'regettinganewNintendoDirectthat'sbasedonSmashBrothers! YEAH!!" (Explodes)
- Luma once said: "Is that true (Palatal Click) Or naw?". Some time later, Charizard then said: "Are you mad? (Palatal Click) OR NAW?"
- Masquerade: Everytime the Pokémon talk to each other like humans, they talk in Pokémon again once they see other fighters nearby. What's funnier is that each one speaks the wrong Pokémon cry, like Blastoise screaming "Pikachu" and "Lucario".
- Misplaced Retribution: Every time Ridley doesn't get to be a fighter in a Smash game, he takes his anger on Samus by beating the shit out of her.
- Overly Long Gag: Captain Falcon's Storytime, which covers about half of the Robin and Lucina Trailer Parody! And it's about how one character told another character... about how all anime characters are not only women (because he/she heard that from another character). And this is out of almost a quarter of the character roster from Smash 4 (and Roy).
- Rape as Comedy:
- Poor Luigi gets this by Little Mac in his Giga Mac form just because of what he said about being the one and only green character, earning ownage points in a row.
- Then he gets this treatment once again by a Goldeen in the second Super Smash Bros. Deleted Scenes parody, earning even more ownage points, this time in an even faster pace, and still getting this in the Lucina and Robin Trailer Parody.
- Running Gag:
- Luigi Ownage Count. He now has a total of 475,335 times.
- Snake believing that all anime characters are women. Also him treating Pit as such.
- Link overreacting when a new Smash Bros. Nintendo Direct is coming and then exploding for some reason.
- The galaxy being under Rosalina's gown, and she being in that same galaxy.
- Kermit's "But That's None of My Business" meme. Even Geo Stelar did it in one episode.
- Mega Man's Final Smash being labelled as "Mega Men"
- Squee: Ridley's reaction when he finally gets to be in Smash as a playable character.
- Suddenly Speaking: Played for Laughs. In one short, one Mr. Game & Watch collides with another Mr. Game & Watch and both start roasting at each other in a Snark-to-Snark Combat instead of not speaking at all and using G&W sounds like in Smash, or talking in speech bubbles like in Game & Watch Gallery 4.
- Vocal Dissonance: Luma's really sounding like an adult man.
