Titania The ALEPH Aberration
It's considered unusual for an Aberration Abnormality to be stronger than its original. So why is Titania an ALEPH when her original counterpart, Fairy Festival, is only a ZAYIN?Titania isn't just a larger, stronger fairy than the rest. She's actually a hive of fairies from a Fairy Festival or similar grouping who have amalgamated together. Thus combining their power and making them more organized and dangerous than the loose collection of fairies that are part of a Fairy Festival, which mostly seem intent on finding food. It's why Titania is still surrounded by numerous smaller fairies and produces flowers. She's a fully functioning hive/queen who produces fairy "servants"/"workers" to do her bidding, aka serve the needs of the hive as a whole. Her conical design even brings to mind the silhouette of a tall anthill or a termite mound, which also have colony structures focused around a "queen".Even her obsession with finding her husband "Oberon" can be said to relate to thus concept. Since the primary job of a hive's queen is reproduction, which is accomplished by the queen seeking out a drone mate. Aka, her "husband" of sorts.

Origins of Unknown E.G.O.
A list of theories about the origins of E.G.O. suits not explicitly confirmed in Wonderlab.
  • Rza: Scaredy Cat. Shares a red and blue color scheme over the darker suit, as well as their sword which has the same eye as Scaredy Cat's monster form on the hilt.
  • Dal: The Drowned Sisters. Their collar is the same as those on the dresses of the twin Abnormalities, and their lantern weapon has the ability to control water to a limited extent.
  • Toma: Penitent Girl. The jacket of their suit is a tan color similar to that on the Penitent Girl's dress, and it includes a set of bright red shoes. Likely a nod to the Red Shoes Abnormality which Penitent Girl is connected to.
  • Purin: Red Queen. The front of the short jacket has a set of inward curves towards the center mirroring the ones on Red Queen's body. As well as their scythe having hearts on either end of the staff.

The Department Heads knew the Manager was dead from the beginning.
One of the biggest twists in the story is the fact that Branch O-5681 has been without a living Manager for a long time. Possibly since before the story began, judging by the fact that the story begins with Manual supposedly introducing a new Manager to the Department Heads, and the almost mummified state of their corpse when Catt finds it.It's mentioned several times throughout the story that there's very little Managerial oversight in this branch, despite the fact that in the Lobotomy Corporation game, the Manager is the one who oversees all day to day activity, especially Abnormality work management. Yet in Wonderlab, all Abnormality work appears to be decided and assigned by the Department Heads. Even the placement of Abnormalities within different Departments is decided among the Department Heads themselves, rather than being selected by the Manager. It's possible that the Department Heads have been aware of their Managers passing the whole time, but either declined to inform HQ or actively hid this information so as to avoid getting a new one. In the event that a new Manager might be far more inclined to make sacrifices of the employees merely to fill a quota, rather than allow the Department Heads to focus on making sure as many of their people survive as possible. Suho, despite coming in later, was also informed of this situation, but was amenable to keeping their mouth shut both because it allowed them to ensure as many people survived as possible, like the rest, and it allowed them to carry out their personal experiments with little oversight. The appearance of the Staining Rose may have been unnerving to them not only because of what it could do to the employees, but because of what refusing it could have revealed to HQ. If they refused to open the crate and send an employee to work on it, not only could HQ punish them for not working with an Abnormality as ordered, but any investigation could reveal the truth they'd been trying to hide for so long, and get them in even worse trouble.
