The Ultraman that appeared in episode 49 is a descendant of the Ancient Ultras from 30 million years ago.
- According to the Ultra Wiki, this version of Ultraman is confirmed to be an alternate version of the original Ultraman rather than the original Ultraman himself. So it's possible that after the war between the Ancient Ultras and the Dark Giants, the surviving Ultras went of into the universe, eventually settling in what would become the Neo Frontier universe's version of the Land of Light.
