The show takes place in the same shared universe as Transformers Prime, Dan Vs., R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series, Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, Pair Of Kings, Flight 29 Down, The Aquabats! Super Show!, Lights Out, SHAZAM!, The Incredibles, Megamind, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Cobra Kai, Slither, Detentionaire, Trick r Treat, Krampus, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Erma, The Dark Harvest and Nightbooks
Since all of these movies and shows do have almost the same distinctive look as each other, it's hard not imagine that all them including The Zack Files happen to share the same insane universe as each other.
