WMG / The Transformers: Windblade

Rattrap will attempt to betray Starscream.
  • It has been shown that he wants to Starscream the Starscream. He's a saboteur, and the one responsible for the bombing that injured Windblade and killed 3 other bots. Of course, Starscream will see him as a threat and suddenly kill him when he has served his purpose.
    • This is backed up by the teaser poster for Rattrap, with the caption "RUTHLESS".
    • Jossed. Given his confusion at Windblade's accusations, he was not responsible for the bombing.

Possible suspects for Metroplex's current state, as well as assassination attempts on Windblade.
Assuming Starscream isn't the one behind Metroplex's current state (inorder to obtain the remains of Shockwave's Ores), and isn't the one responsible for the attempts on Windblade's life, there are a number of suspects that could have done it.
  • Rattrap - Seems to have the Megatron and Starscream relationship with Starscream himself.
    • Jossed.
  • Metroplex - To ensure that Windblade has a reason to leave Cybertron, since it's now being ruled by Starscream. Cares for Windblade, and wants the best for her.
  • Chromia - Would be an interesting twist. Someone closest to Windblade would be the one trying to kill her.
  • Ironhide - Saw a bright future for the Cybertronian race, but that future is now in jeopardy because of Starscream and his rule. Collects the Ores to manipulate time, and tried to kill Windblade to either throw her off the scent, or pin it on Starscream.
  • Circuit - The reporter possibly attempted to assassinate Windblade to boost ratings and viewers of whatever news hes a part of.
    • It's Chromia. Although her intent was not to kill Windblade, just to space bridge Metroplex and Caminus, because she wanted to go home.
