"What If Sonic Never Lost The Werehog Form" will have a spin-off featuring Classic Sonic
Though he's not as bothered by it, after Sonic Generations Classic Sonic still has Dark Gaia energy and the Classic Werehog is potentially still there. Much like "What If Sonic Lost His Memory" has an Another Side, Another Story and a continuation in "Black Shadow: Exodus", the Werehog what-if will have Classic Sonic's Werehog form show up in classic stories. This could culminate in an alternate Sonic Mania leading to them tying up loose ends with the Modern Sonic/Werehog's take on Sonic Forces.

Sonic the Werehog will never break his curse
And furthermore, he might one day lose his 'true form' entirely. At the end of the Sonic Generations adaptation, Sonic was able to break free of White Space by way of a mysterious and currently unknown power that resulted in him briefly assuming a never-before-seen form amidst a wash of purple energy bursting from his body. During this scene, Sonic reflects on how Dark Gaia is ironically a comforting presence within him now that he's all alone in an endless void, after which he is able to gain a boost of power and speed so great he tears through reality and back home. For the first time since being afflicted with his Werehog condition, Sonic accepts Dark Gaia for what it is and does not fight it, and his amalgam 'Dusk Sonic' form - assumed by the White Space's non-conventional flow of time clashing against his time-dependent form switching - is replaced by what might be a more stable middle ground between Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic the Werehog. Given that Sonic was essentially rewarded for approaching Dark Gaia with acceptance rather than fear, it's possible this may be the real end-point for our hero instead of losing that side of himself forever.

There will be a "What If Metal Sonic Turned Good" video.
"What If X Turned Good" is a popular what if subject, in no small part because of MasakoX, and "What If Sonic Lost His Memory" already played with alignment switches. Metal Sonic, who formed an Enemy Mine with the good guys in said what if, is an easy choice since his desire to be better than/be Sonic could shift him into more of an Anti-Hero in order to achieve this goal under the right directions. Canonically, Metal has gone against the Doctor's wishes for this, and extra-canonically there's precedent for Metal turning over a new leaf. The Point of Divergence would likely be either the end of Sonic Heroes where he avoids being reclaimed by Eggman, and see him show up in game scenarios he wasn't there for in canon like Shadow the Hedgehog.

The Sega Scourge is a time traveler
While not explicitly stated in the videos proper, Word of God has confirmed that the backdrop seen in most episodes is the Death Egg Mk. II from Sonic the Hedgehog 4. Since the episodic story was never concluded, it's implied that Scourge simply took the stray time travelling space station for himself and is more involved in the universe than we might think. With the 'What-If Workbench' livestream series also featuring additional 'characters' note  to play off of Scourge (one of whom appearing during an episode as an off-screen voice having an argument with Scourge about his heated opinions regarding the pronunciation of 'Gemerl'), it is possible that there could be a whole space crew travelling the Sonic multiverse using their commandeered ship.
