Mitzi is the wife of the Pizza Time Theatre Chuck E. Cheese and is the mother of the Avenger or Rockstar Chuck.

According to some fan theories, Mitzi married the PTT incarnation of Chuck E. They gave birth to either the Avenger or Rockstar versions.
