- A "retro" expansion that has a lot of cards based on Capcom's one-off arcade characters (such as Momotaro from Pirate Ship Higemaru, or Son Son)
- A Mega Man Star Force based expansion that also adds Star Gladiator
- An expansion that has a huge Robot Battle Royale like the PTX's ending in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, so machines like the Blodia and the Super-8, G. Kaiser from Tech Romancer, Ramon Salazar from in his giant statue, Nico in her Ride Armor from the Defying the Light expansion...
- Another expansion focused on the Evidence/Present mechanic, with characters from The Great Ace Attorney, perhaps some time travel plotline that also adds characters from the classic Mega Man series?
- A Ghost Trick expansion with cards of canonically deceased characters like Dan Hibiki's father Gou, Mega Man X-era Dr. Light, and Mia Fey.

- Dr. Wily. It's called Stabilizer W, its got massive ties to the Mega Man X series in this game's canon, and they certainly don't shy away from referencing him in Zero's first Hero Art where you can see a "W" in his forehead gem.
