D and Being X are drinking buddies
  • It would explain why D chose to have Kumoko go through all these hellish obstacles. She probably saw or heard what her mate did to Tanya and found it entertaining.
    • The two worlds magic systems are also compatible, in both normal people cant do anything supernatural on there own, and require outside assistance , since Tanyas world lacks the system D set up they instead discovered how to manipulate MA energy through scientific devices, not unlike the tech used by Pontimas

Shun will pull a Faceā€“Heel Turn
  • After realizing he's not the hero but Kumoko, he'll betray everyone to get the chance.

Araba let Kumo live because he realized she had potential, not in ignorance of it like she assumes
  • When Kumo fights Araba, she mocks him for letting her live before only to die to her now. But as we see later on (when the dragons attack Ariel to keep her from killing Kumo), they have a philosophy that says that each generation should allow the next to grow and challenge them so they can eventually be replaced rather than lasting forever in stasis. Therefore, it's entirely possible Araba let Kumo live specifically because he noticed that she was unusual and thought she deserved the chance to grow.

How the series will end
  • As Shiro and Kuro fight, we will find out that D was the one who put the fear of death into Potimas from the beginning, serving as the catalyst for the entire series. We will also learn that when Kuro went to D for help, he was doing exactly what she wanted him to do and playing into her hands. Furthermore, when the previous Hero and Demon King cast their attack on Kuro, D was the one who taught them that they could do that in the first place, the attack was programmed to target the god that started everything, and that's the reason it transferred to her instead of Kuro, and in fact she planned it that way. So when D was hit with the attack in that classroom she had planned to use their souls all along, the attack simply gave her plausible deniability and allowed her to gather the energy for later use. So when this information comes to light in the story proper, Shiro and Kuro will put their differences aside and use the energy collected from everyone's prayers to launch a similar attack on D, which may or may not work, but ultimately D will be defeated. The ultimate fate of Sariel will be to be freed from the system, as D is forced to replace her as its power source, and because of how the system works, her energy will rapidly repair the planet and the souls of those living on it, allowing everyone to have their cake and eat it too. Shiro will ultimately take over D's job and the series will end with the maid quietly smirking and proclaiming "all according to Keikaku..."

D is a game "D"eveloper who just wants to see people speed run the game with the lowest percentage
  • D took a lot of time to create the complex System, which functions exactly like an MMORPG. Also, D incarnates many people into the lowest species with the lowest levels. Most of the time, she watches the players from afar and doesn't really interfere with the players. However, she takes interest in the players who survive the longest with low powered skills and items.
    • Moreover, D acts like a lazy office worker who would rather eat ice cream and play video games than program more features, skills, and mechanics into the System that she is managing.

D is lying about being unaffected by the Hero and Demon Lord attack
  • D claims at the start of the series that the attack on her had absolutely no effect but she is a known liar, instead she sent the class there not to amuse herself like she claimed but rather so she could siphon energy from their kills hijacking the system and helping her recover. this is why she instantly tells everyone a Technically True story of Kuro's plan to stop her from healing the world and more importantly stopping her from healing herself as D can no longer Siphon energy form Kuro's kills

D is Me"D"ea From Rising Of The Shield Hero
  • her personality is a perfect fit a narcissist who acts as if the entire world is a plaything and lashes out when things don't go her way.

Julius is somehow alive or "alive"
  • There are two possibilities I consider for these:
    • Alive: Shiraori actually warped him somewhere else and stripped him from his Hero skill, or put him outside the system somehow.
    • "Alive": Shiraori found a way to preserve Julius' data to reincarnate him without the Hero skill.
    • In either of those cases, she would be using him as a test run for a "patch", aware that she just passed the skill to someone else and still intends on fixing them anyways.
