     Season 1
The Big Bad behind the attempts to get Jen's blood is...
There's a not-real-well known She-Hulk villain called simply "Doc." No known alias. A geneticist. Superior (possibly superhuman) intelligence. What may be an energy blast power, or a gadget providing same. And he'll turn out to be Todd.
  • Confirmed.

Bruce is going to help She-Hulk as a superhero
Since he is her cousin, it could make sense why he is helping Jennifer, likely for her to take his place as a superhero.
  • In Episode 1, Bruce tries to persuade Jennifer to be a superhero. She refuses, but is later forced to save the day against Titania.
  • He initially does in Episode 9...

Abomination will be freed from Prison
If him being in prison is any possibility, then it is likely that he’ll be freeing himself from Prison once he gets out.
  • Confirmed

Abomination has a hidden agenda and will eventually show his true colors in a What You Are in the Dark scenario
Mixed. Emil was not directly involve with Intelligencia. However, he has been secretly transforming back into the Abomination.

Wong will be helping She-Hulk
Since he is confirmed to be appearing in the series, it could make sense why he would appear, since he was one of the two people, along with Strange, that helped Hulk on stopping Thanos in Infinity War and Endgame, as well as fighting one of Bruce/Hulk’s enemies, The Abomination.
  • He comes clean about breaking out the Abomination deliberately and willing testifies for Jennifer in Episode 3.

The She-Hulk theme from Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will make an appearance.
Either as the main theme song for the show; a song playing the end credits of an episode; a snippet of the theme’s melody as background music similar to how the 60s Iron Man theme was used during the Casino scene in Iron Man; or maybe even as a simple ringtone.

  • Jossed

Jen already slept with Tony in the backstory
Just saying that "billionaire narcissist adult orphan" is VERY specific...
  • There are plenty of ways Jen would know who Tony is, from news coverage to talking with her cousin Bruce.
  • This theory could potentially contradict the MCU timeline, Tony's relationship with Pepper, and/or Jennifer's age. The series is set in 2023, with Jennifer in her "thirties". This means she would only be a teenager at most in 2008's Iron Man. After that film, if Tony did hook up with Jennifer, that would mean he committed infidelity against Pepper. And while Tony was briefly single again in 2016, how he would have met Jennifer is unclear. Bruce was off world from roughly 2015 to 2018 and Tony was recovering from his injuries from Civil War. By the time Tony is out and about again in Spider-Man Homecoming, he has already reconciled with Pepper.
  • Jossed. She would of mentioned it to Bruce in Episode 1, when Tony was namedropped.

Healing Bruce's arm required him to go full Hulk again
  • Jossed. Bruce made a self-made therapeutic watch to fix his watch and (temporarily) remain human.

If Daredevil shows up here in his yellow suit from the comics, it will be an indication of Canon Discontinuity of the Daredevil (2015) series.
In the Netflix series of Daredevil (2015), Matt asked Melvin Potter to create a protective suit for him to be able to fight much better against Wilson Fisk, but Daredevil's suit would be dark red with black parts and not be the "apple" red from the comics. Daredevil's suit wouldn't be as colorful a red as Spider-Man in the MCU. I have heard rumors of news on the internet, where they say that Daredevil in She-Hulk, would wear the original yellow suit from the comics and not the suit seen in his Netflix series. Daredevil's yellow suit in She-Hulk would be an indication of the Canon Discontinuity of the Daredevil (2015) series, since Netflix's Daredevil would never go out at night to fight criminals wearing a bright yellow Halloween suit, he prefers fight better in a dark suit and not in a colorful Halloween outfit.
  • This theory partially contradicts with his appearance in No Way Home. In that film, Murdock has roughly the exact same attorney attire, as he did in the 2015 series (including his signature rose colored glasses). Jennifer could still make a joke and say how "he would look great in yellow".
  • Mixed. The trailer and promos for the series have teased a new yellow-gold and black suit, but Netflix's Canon Status is still unclear.
  • Episode 4 shows the yellow Daredevil helmet being made in Luke's workshop, which could indicate that it's new and that he wore the red one before.
  • Episode 8 plays a snippet of the theme from Netflix's Daredevil.

Alternatively Daredevil will mention he changed costumes
Same principle, less issues within the fandom itself.
  • Jossed. It was shown in the series itself.

The Wrecking Crew got their weapons from New Asgard
Basically the "Portals" scene in Endgame was when the Asgardians mobilised and grabbed their actual weapons out of storage, leaving New Asgard briefly underdefended.
  • Episode 3 confirms they stole them.

Potential appearances of characters from The Incredible Hulk and She-Hulk universe in the series
  • Betty Ross
  • Thunderbolt Ross
  • Rick Jones
  • The Leader
  • Doc Samson
  • Gargoyle
  • Gremlin
  • Skaar
    • Confirmed
  • Glenn Talbot
  • Absorbing Man
  • Zzzax
  • Brian Banner
  • Rebecca Banner
    • Confirmed. Appears in a brief cameo in Episode 9.
  • Sasquatch
  • Wendigo
  • Abominatrix
  • General John Ryker
  • Monica Rappaccinni
  • Ogress
  • Mr. Immortal
    • Confirmed.
  • Wrecking Crew
    • Confirmed.
  • Behemoth
  • Ruby Thursday
  • Spragg
  • Adrenation
  • Sheriff Morris Walters
  • Blonde Phantom

It will be mentioned that Thaddeus Ross has passed away
Due to the recent passing of actor William Hurt, they may decide to have Ross's character die and make an excuse with him dying of natural causes of old age. Now it will depend on whether they look for a new actor for Ross or maybe they decide out of respect not to recast him, like what happened when Chadwick Boseman passed away.
  • It might not be mentioned in-story, due to Production Schedules. She Hulk was filmed in the Spring and Summer of 2021. Hurt passed away in March 2022, 7 months after production had already wrapped. While re-shots are possible, Marvel is more likely to wait and acknowledge the character's passing in either Secret Invasion, Ironheart, Armor Wars or the Thunderbolts film.
    • Ross does not appear or is directly mentioned. Red hulk gets brief a reference by Jen in Episode 8
  • The reshoots will most likely be The Stinger, with no Jen and other leads, and Countess de Fontaine recruiting the villains.
    • Jossed. Wong breaks out Emil again and offers him refuge at Kamar Taj.
  • Jossed. Harrison Ford is rumored to be taking over the roll of Thaddeus Ross.

The Leader will appear as The Stinger for a second season for She-Hulk
  • Jossed, as the Leader has been confirmed to return as the Big Bad of Captain America: New World Order.

There will be mentions of The Incredible Hulk (2008) events
  • Confirmed, as Jennifer discloses that she has a conflict in interest in defending Blonsky due to him almost killing her cousin, Bruce, in the first movie.

Related to this, Jen will remark to Bruce that he looks different since they last met, subtly acknowledging the actor change from Edward Norton to Mark Ruffalo
  • Given that Jen will keep her fourth-wall breaking abilities, this would be a joke too clever NOT to use.
  • In the second episode, it's Bruce himself that comments he was "an entirely different person" during the events of The Incredible Hulk (2008), which is most likely a joke along these lines.

Rick Jones will appear
Rick Jones is a very close ally of the Hulk in the comics, but in the Hulk movies, Rick Jones has never appeared in any movies, both Hulk and The Incredible Hulk (2008). So it would be an excellent opportunity for Rick Jones to appear in a Marvel Live Action format.
  • Jossed.

Jen's date in the trailer will be revealed to be Wyatt Wingfoot
  • Alternatively, it's Rick Jones.
  • Jossed. It's neither.

The new government facility for superhero legal affairs will be the Vault
  • Jossed.

One of the first lawsuits Jen gets to deal with
She's sued by that guy in the trailer for breaking his hip.
  • Jossed. Titania sues Jen over "Trademark Infringement" at the end of Episode 4.

Jen will get a more muscular form later on
It's either already planned or will be added due to the backlash.
  • Jossed. An alleged VFX employee leaked that Executive Meddling led to Jennifer having a smaller physique than planned.

Or...

Something gives Jen a Superpowered Evil Side
It'll visually be a Savage She-Hulk thing but in-universe it's the result of Confidence Sabotage.
  • She does go briefly Savage at the start of Hulking Out, which could be used against her.
  • At the end of episode 8, Jen loses her cool, after Intelligencia slut-shames and embarrasses her at the Gala.

As part of her rehab she'll impersonate one of the leads, most likely Jen, for a sting operation. Or just to entrap whoever is after her blood sample.
  • Jossed, at least for Season 1.

Valentina Allegra de Fontaine will finally make a return
She'll hire Jennifer to represent whoever she's working for in a court case, with Jen unaware that Val might have ulterior motives for her.
  • Jossed

MEPHISTO will appear
Alternatively, the One Below All, Mephisto's superior in the devilish hierarchy by a very large margin, will be the one to appear, helped by it having a connection to the Hulk family.
  • A random Demon Goat named "JAKE" is referenced by Madisynn, whom she made a deal with in Episode 4....
  • Jossed.

Jennifer will be involved in a legal case, where the opposing side has employed Matt Murdock as their attorney.
  • CONFIRMED! Luke Jacobson hires Matt Murdock for defense against Frog-Man's lawsuit. Jen serves as Frog-Man's attorney.

Carrie Ann Moss will reprise her role as Jeri Hogarth
  • Alternatively to the theory above, Jennifer will be involved in a legal case, where the opposing side has employed Jeri Hogarth as their attorney. And much like Charlie Cox reprising his role as Murdock, Moss will play Hogarth again. Bonus points, if Jeri unsuccessfully attempts to flirt with Jennifer.
  • Jossed.

Abomination will form an uneasy alliance with Hulk and She-Hulk
  • It has been confirmed that Abomination will be a client of She-Hulk. Also, there might be a growing threat that both Hulk and She-Hulk are unable to take on together, so they will have to bring Abomination into the fray, kind of like how Sam and Bucky reluctantly recruited Zemo in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
  • Mostly Jossed. Emile and Bruce are ok over the legal representation. Only Jennifer is hesitant at first.

Potential future clients for Jennifer Waters
  • The Abomination (Confirmed)
  • El Aquila
  • Bruce Banner/Hulk
  • Yelena Belova
  • Sonny Burch
  • Luke Cage
  • Wilson Fisk
  • Frog Man
    • Confirmed
  • Justin Hammer
  • J. Jonah Jameson (in suit over Libel)
  • Jessica Jones
  • Rick Jones
  • Kamala Khan (in traffic court?)
  • Kurt
  • Luis (with him telling his signature tall tales on the Witness Stand)
  • Matt Murdock (in an ironic twist!)
  • Ravonna Renslayer (in another ironic twist!)
  • Marc Spector/Steven Grant/Jake Lockley
  • Squirrel Girl (with her joining Jennifer in the 4th wall breaking)
  • Stark Industries/Pepper Potts (in a civil trial)
  • Samuel Sterns
  • Titania
  • John Walker
  • Wade Wilson/Deadpool (A 4th Wallbreaking crossover!)
  • White Vision (on the status of his personhood)
  • Wong
    • Confirmed
  • Howard the Duck. Ditto.
  • Baron Zemo

Jen will realize that her boyfriend is working for Intelligencia
Since the latter is unaware of Josh’s true intentions, it is likely that she’ll find out once she realizes it.
  • She learns about it in Episode 9.

Jen will try to make amends with Titania
Well, given that most of her enemies do make amends with her at least, there could be a possibility of her making amends with Titania, or the other way around.
  • Jossed for at least Season 1

At the end of the show, Valentina Allegra de Fontaine will appear to recruit the Abomination onto her team.
  • Given her interest in recruiting fallen/anti-heroes and former villains, Blonsky might have something of interest for Fontaine.
  • Jossed, but Wong breaks out Emil again and offers him refuge at Kamar Taj

The real reason for Jen's fourth-wall-breaking
Kang the Conqueror already interfered with the original process where she got her powers, adding the ability to see past the multiverse like the Watchers, because he wants her for a potential bride.

Why Wong wants to recruit Jen.
He says that "Our universe is on the edge of a precipice". Given the events of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and the fact that Secret Wars is on the horizon, he may be talking about the Incursions. With such a grave crisis on their hands, it makes sense that Wong would want to recruit every superpowered individual who isn't a public menace.
  • The scene was actually misleading. Wong is not recruiting Jen for the Avengers, but rather needs her for legal help.

Jen will undergo Adaptational Sexuality
She-Hulk will be revealed to have repressed lesbian feelings during college. That will mark her being bisexual in the MCU.
  • But the trailer shows her dating men and is seen significantly attracted to one of her male dates.
    • To be fair that doesn't Joss anything, since OP is talking about Jen being bi, which wouldn't preclude her from dating men.
  • Word of Gay (but not for She-Hulk): In Episode 4, Nikki makes a comment on how Jen's "Hetero options" looked bad, hinting that Nikki is an LGBTQ character. Ginger Gonzaga confirmed after the episode, that Nikki is indeed Queer and has a crush on Mallory Book.
  • It's possible this troper is reading too much into it, but Jen seemed to get VERY excited when Mallory accepted her offer for a drink in episode 5. Her awkwardness during said drink only adds fuel to the fire.
  • Jossed. Jen never reveals if she is bisexual.

Wong Will Meet Daredevil
  • Jossed...for now.

Mallory Book or someone else will make a Hamiltion in-joke.
Renee Elise Goldsberry, who will potray Mallory Book, was the original Broadway actress to play scene stealer Angelica Schyler in Hamilton. There will be at least one Casting Gag over this.
  • Mallory asks Jennifer if she is satisfied over something Jennifer did in court.
  • Somebody will complain of how difficult it's to get tickets to Rogers. Bonus points, if it's Mallory herself.
  • Mallory will comment on how '"...some men think I'm intense or insane..."
  • Jennifer starts to slack on the job, and Mallory yells at her to "WORK!".
  • Jossed. Sadly, we can't be satisfied with a Hamilton joke

Like say, Anthony Ramos as Rick Jones.
  • Partially Jossed. Ramos is set to appear instead as Parker Robbins/The Hood in Ironheart.
  • Fully Jossed. Ramos never appears in Season 1.

The series will explain why the Hulk went back to his normal Bruce Banner form
during The Stinger for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
  • During Avengers: Endgame, Bruce comes to peace with his Hulk Side and "merges" into his current his "Professor Hulk" form. However, the Shang-Chi Stinger implies that Bruce will either revert back to his human form or somehow lose his Hulk persona in the series.
  • Confirmed in Episode 1. Bruce used a therapeutic watch to fix his arm and revert back to human. But it doesn't last for long...

It will be revealed that Jennifer was the one who helped Bruce return to the US in The Incredible Hulk (2008).
In The Incredible Hulk, it is never shown or revealed how Bruce Banner did to return from Latin America to the United States, since he had to beg like a beggar to earn some money, to get food and clothes, then without explanation, Bruce manages to return to the United States, despite the fact that he did not have the necessary resources to return to the United States. Unless it is revealed that Bruce had the help of his dear cousin Jennifer to be able to return to the United States, since Jen is always willing to help her dear cousin Bruce.

Sakaar spaceship that is chasing Bruce and Jen, wants to get their beloved champion Hulk back.
In the new trailers, we see that Bruce and Jen are being chased by a Sakaar spaceship and that spaceship will cause the car accident that will give Jennifer her She-Hulk superpowers. There are several options about why that Sakkar spaceship is on Earth? The options would be:
  • The Sakaar spaceship wants to bring the Hulk back to the planet Sakaar, which would give us an adaptation of the World War Hulk story.
    • At least partially confirmed. At the end of Episode 2, Bruce is on a Sakaaran ship, presumably en route to Sakaar.
  • The Sakaarans driving the spaceship want to bring the Hulk back to Sakaar, but the Hulk refuses, and they somehow end up triggering the events of World War Hulk in the series.
    • Jossed. Bruce is departing on a Sakaaran ship at the end of Episode 2.
  • The one who pilots Sakaar spaceship is Skaar, who will probably come to Earth to want his father and will unleash the paternity conflicts of Bruce and Hulk with his son Skaar.

Jennifer will become her cousin's successor, once she accepts her role as a superhero in the series.
It is very likely that when Bruce manages to train his cousin to control her green giant powers, he will pass his mantle to Jen, where Banner will probably retire and stop being a superhero and She-Hulk will become the successor of Hulk.
  • The Hulk doesn't retire but Jen chooses to be a Superhero by the end of Season 1.

If Hulkling appears, he will be a Composite Character of Hulkling and Skaar, Hulk's son.
With the Young Avengers likely forming, this means that Hulkling must be coming to the fold. However, his comic backstory will have to be rewritten for the MCU, as his father, Mar-Vel, was Gender Flip to a female (Wendy Lawson) in Captain Marvel. Hulkling's backstory and identity will change to Skaar, the illegitimate son of the Hulk, who was conceived on Sakaar. Skaar will initially be an adversary for Bruce and Jennifer, but will ally with them by the end of the season. He will choose to live on Earth and pass himself off as a Human, under the new alias of "Theodore Altman".
  • This theory holds potential weight as Skaar is introduced in Episode 9. He is portrayed via motion capture by actor, Wil Duesner, who is young enough to play Hulkling.

The series takes place between Infinity War and Endgame
Obviously it's after Bruce has successfully merged his Hulk and Banner personas, but taking place before Endgame would explain why his arm is healed and he's still in his Smart Hulk form even though in his last chronological appearance (in the stinger of Shang-Chi) his arm was still in a sling and he had reverted to his Banner form for some reason.
  • Jossed. It's not long after Avengers: Endgame and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

The later episodes will explains how Titania got her powers from
In the comic, she receives her powers from Doctor Doom's experiment but since he's likely won't appear in the show, Titania was either born with powers (mutation) or she find a super soldier serum at some point and inject herself with it.
  • Von Doom could still appear, but intstead as a promising University Student. He uses Titania as a Test Subject to get his doctorate degree, but it backfires and scars him.
  • Alternatively, revealing Doctor Doom as Titania's creator will be the first step in establishing his presence in the MCU, followed by him turning out to be Namor's silent partner in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (in both cases, he probably won't appear in person yet).
  • Jossed for Season 1.

Nikki Ramos will be a Canon Character All Along.
Much like Layla becoming a new version of the Scarlet Scarab in Moon Knight, Nikki will be a new version of already existing character in Marvel Comics.

Jen is talking to The Watcher
She’s aware that Uatu is watching her, somehow.
  • Jossed. It's the Audience.

Jen's date seen in the trailers will end with a moment lifted from the Dan Slott run.
Bruce and Jennifer, in talking about changing back and forth, note that unconsciousness is a frequent (but not universal) trigger to reverting from Hulk form, and Bruce later notes that Jen does turn back when she falls asleep. In the comics, Jen would pick up guys, have a fun time with them, then wake up in the morning as Jennifer, struggling to change back into She-Hulk before the guy woke up to see a completely different woman in the bed than the one he'd fallen asleep with. Either the same thing will happen in the show, or the guy will wake up first and be weirded out by Jennifer being so different from She-Hulk, or Jennifer will be the one insecure and weirded out that the guy went to bed with an Amazonian Beauty and woke up with just her, while he's okay with it. Whichever way it plays out, it will provide a springboard to explore Jennifer's unique issues with her dual nature.
  • Confirmed. In Episode 4, Jen's date is into She-Hulk, but the morning after, he is seemingly turned off by Jen as a human.

Jen has her own issues with being a Hulk.
Related to the above. Jennifer does so well initially because she does not have Bruce's pyschological problems to overcome. But she does have her own issues, which will manifest in how she sees and expresses the Jennifer Walters and She-Hulk sides of herself. For instance, in the comics, a court case against the Leader posited Gamma Power could be construed a similar to being drunk or high, and She-Hulk's sexual history compared to Jennifer's was used as evidence to that effect. Jennifer may initially start to enjoy being She-Hulk, only to discover it does have downsides neither her or Bruce saw coming because of how Gamma Power interacts with her own psychology.
  • Confirmed. Jen has a recurring problem of people wanting her to be She-Hulk, but they show no interest to her human side.

The series will invert Jen's hiring from Sensational She-Hulk.
At the start of that run, Jennifer greatly enjoyed spending as much time as possible as She-Hulk, which caused her some problems, and she was hired by the new superhuman law firm under the condition that she would work primarily as Jennifer, not She-Hulk. Perhaps in the series, the condition of her employment or promotion will be to spend more time as She-Hulk, getting Jen used to that side of herself that she is relucant to embrace, at least as of the first episode.
  • Confirmed. GLK & H hired Jennifer to work as She Hulk.

At some point, Wong will defeat a bunch of enemies and shout "Yes! Wong!"
Of all the places for that Running Gag to become an Ascended Meme, this show would be the perfect place to do it.
  • Jossed.

In one episode, there will be a scene where She-Hulk recreates and references the first comic where she made her first appearance.
She-Hulk is likely referencing the cover of the first comic where she first appears.
  • Not exactly confirmed, but She-Hulk does give a similar expression at the end of Episode 8.
  • A version of the comic is seen in end credits of Episode 9 being read by K.E.V.I.N.

The Easter Egg headline in Episode 2 is an official foreshadowing of Wolverine.
While Jennifer is looking at new jobs on the computer, a nearby headline references "a man with claws getting into a bar fight". This was a frequent scenario with Logan/Wolverine in the X-Men Film Series. Could this hint that the long awaited recasting of Logan is on the horizon?
  • Perhaps he will show up as a client of Jen's because he's being sued by the guys in the bar fight.

The "seven soulmates" Emil has been in contact with are the Masters of Evil
  • Nope, they are just seven obsessed fangirls. However, the soul mates do give off Cult Vibes...

Jen will eventually sue whoever was in control of the Sakaaran spacecraft that caused her accident.
Possible candidates are the Grandmaster, Caiera, and Skaar.

There will be more than one episode to feature Megan Thee Stallion
  • Jossed for Season 1.

GLK & H have ulterior motives
This include but not limited to being run secretly by Valentina or pushing for reenactment of the Sokovia Accords and the Heros Registration Act. While this will furthers the plot and the MCU, it will also lead to Jennifer going independent and opening up her own law office.
  • Jossed.

There is still at least one unannounced cameo for Season 1
It will also lead to Jennifer making a callback to Episode 3, by commenting: "Enough with the Cameos! This is my show!"
  • Confirmed: The real life writers for the series make a 4th wall breaking cameo in Episode 9. Jen also complains about the plot becoming too convoluted.

The Wrecking Crew are working for Samuel Sterns
Thunderball unsuccessfully attacks She-Hulk with a syringe-like implement, to which another Crew member responds "Boss is gonna be mad." Sterns, last seen near the end of The Incredible Hulk (2008) beginning to transform due to exposure to Bruce's gamma-irradiated blood, hired the Wrecking Crew to obtain a sample of Jennifer's blood, which will allow him to stabilize or complete his transformation. At some point during the show, he'll succeed, finally letting him become the MCU version of the Leader.
  • Jossed. They were hired by Todd.

Lou Ferrigno will make another Marvel Cameo
Bonus points, if Jennifer says he reminds her of Bruce.
  • Jossed for Season 1.

The identity of "Boss"
So let's take a guess of who is this mysterious boss Wrecking Crew works for.
  • Samuel Sterns/Leader (Bonus point if Tim Blake Nelson reprise the role).
  • Emil Blonsky/Abomination (It's too much coincidence that Wrecking Crew comes after Jen on the same day Blonsky succeed in getting parole).
  • Titania (Her jealousy toward Jen and still want to be the strongest woman could explains Wrecking Crew trying to get Jen's blood sample).
  • Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Considered Marvel are setting up Thunderbolt movie, it wouldn't be surprised if Valentina tries to get Jen's blood sample in order to create her own Hulk).
  • Holliway
  • The Power Broker AKA Sharon Carter
  • Skrulls that want Hulk DNA
  • Thunderbolt Ross/US Goverment, in order to obtain Hulk genetic material to create "Red Hulk".(The plot may omit Ross, after William Hurt's passing.)
  • Sylvie
  • Pug. Wouldn't be the first time Josh Segarra has played a seemingly helpful attorney who turns out to be a villain.
  • Dennis.
  • Nikki.
  • A member of Jen's own family (maybe her seemingly wise and helpful dad?).
  • Mallory Book
  • Todd. He referred to She-Hulk as "a speciman".
  • It was Todd.

Madisynn is really a Canon Character All Along, with her character being a nod to Madame Synn
The spelling in Madisynn's name is a possible nod to the character, who served as an adversary to Rick Jones.

Despite being set up as an antagonist for She-Hulk, he has no obvious comic book counterpart. This make it possible for a twist villain reveal. Not only is Todd non-assuming name, but multiple characters have used the name of Todd as a first or last name.
  • His full name is given as "Todd Phelps" in the credits, which isn't the name of any significant character in the comics.

During one of the 4th wall breaks, another character will ask Jen who she is talking to

To contrast the above theory, another character will break the 4th wall, much to Jen's annoyance.
  • Possibly Titania or Deadpool.
  • Jossed for Season 1.

Frog-Man will fumble the bag while trying to help someone and injure either them or himself
Jen will then have to represent him in court, during which either her or her will remark that it's not easy being green.
  • Frog-Man's does injure himself and has to have She-Hulk give him legal representation.

At some point, Jen's dad will (at least attempt to) give her a pep talk when she's seems to be feeling down
Where, in an Actor Allusion, he'll encourage her by telling her she should be "standing tall".
  • Jossed.

"Fourth Wall Awareness" is a Hulk power
  • Jen only starts breaking the fourth wall after becoming She-Hulk. While Bruce doesn't break the fourth wall himself, he is shown to be the only one who reacts when Jen does so. In later episodes, Jen makes aside comments to the audience while in other characters' presence, and nobody else seems to notice.

Matt Murdock won't actually appear in season 1, neither as a civilian nor as Daredevil.
  • He's only in the trailers to set up a joke. "Sorry, I know you were expecting to see Daredevil, but those scenes from the trailer are from next season. See you then!" Or something similar.
    • The Mid-Season Trailer showcases an upcoming scene between Jen & Matt, but he still hasn't been in the actual show as of episode 7.
  • Jossed. He appears in Episode 8 & 9.

The reason why Pug has sneakers themed after members of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four is because they exist in The Sacred Timeline
They've already made their debuts and we just haven't seen it, and no one treats it like a big deal in-universe because civilians are so used to superheroes by this point. The reason why the X-Men have shoes in particular is because the aforementioned indifference to superpowers means mutant discrimination isn't a thing here.

Somebody Jen cares for gets Stuffed into the Fridge
Because no Marvel hero or heroine can have a happy life with their friends and their family.
  • Surprisingly Lampshaded in Episode 8!
Jen: Maybe I'll get Fridged?
  • Weirdly Jossed! Season 1 even ends on nice Family gathering, nonetheless!

Titania isn't the real villain. This is actually a case of The Man Behind the Man.
While Titania has a grudge against Jen/She-Hulk, someone else is secretly assisting Titania to go against She-Hulk for ulterior motives. This could be Emil secretly getting revenge against the Bruce. Or Todd, who hold misogynistic views against female superheroes.
  • The ending of Episode 6 hints that another entity is at work to take out Jen.
  • Confirmed. It's Intelligencia and Todd.

The Wrecking Crew will be given powers.
When first introduced, they're normal thugs who can't even threaten She-Hulk with their Asgardian construction equipment. But their boss wants Jen's blood, so it stands to reason that if he gets it, it could be used to give the Crew the Super-Strength of their comics counterparts.

"Mr. Immortal" is a red herring for the heroic version
The real one will be his son, the kid likely got his powers.
  • Alternatively, he is in fact the MCU’s Mr. Immortal and him forming the Great Lakes Avengers will be part of his redemption story. As he learns how to make actual meaningful relationships with people and not runaway from his problems by stepping up becoming the leader his team needs him to be.

Todd will be the MCU version of Gargoyle
It is possible that Todd becomes obsessed with She-Hulk's power, it is likely that when he obtains a blood sample from Jen, Todd being a Mad Scientist, he will injected in himself with the She-Hulk's blood with Gamma radiation, Todd will has a horrible transformation, he will become a misshapen dwarf with a huge head. Todd will end up earning the embarrassing nickname "Gargoyle" due to his grotesque appearance, he will end up working for Sanuel Sterns/The Leader, with the promise that the Leader promises to find a cure for his deformation.

Jen will be called Savage and/or Sensational at some point
  • Confirmed. In Jen's Fantasy sequence in Episode 9, she is called "the Savage She-Hulk".

Blonsky is The Man Behind the Man, or at least working for them.
We know Josh is a bad guy, but Blonsky set it up so Jen would be at the retreat at the right time, specifically to gain her trust. It seems WAY too coincidental for the Wrecking Crew guy to be there, and turn over a new leaf so quickly.
  • Alternatively, he's being manipulated by Intelligencia as well. Wrecker could be revealed to have joined "Abomaste" as The Mole for Intelligencia.
Mixed: Emil doesn't directly work for them, but he allows Intelligencia to host a party on his retreat.

In the series finale, Emil will sacrifice his parole by transforming into the Abomination to assist Jen somehow.
Or alternatively, he's forcibly transformed by someone at Intelligencia, and just tries to make the most of it.
  • Mixed. He does lose his parole, but because of his own actions with fame.

The Abomaste group will help Jen out in the finale
They'll show up to help her out with whatever the HulkKing's master stroke is and either prove incredibly incompetent like X-Force did in Deadpool 2 or show that even D-List superhumans can actually be pretty effective.
  • Jossed.

If the Leader is HulkKing then he'll show that Even Evil Has Standards
He'll show that despite using the Intelligencia page to his own ends he doesn't actually agree with the incel behavior on there and will actually respect Jen quite a bit. For bonus points he'll openly mock the idiots who genuinely believe in the stuff they're talking about on the page, maybe even use them for experiments that go horribly wrong.

Blonsky's retreat will be taken over by Leonard Samson
If Blonsky winds up transforming into Abomination for one reason or another and going back to jail for it then someone will have to take over the retreat. Jen will reach out to Leonard for this, both because he's a professional psychiatrist and because Marvel is bringing in more and more from the Incredible Hulk movie after years of mostly ignoring it.

Intelligencia is a deliberate Take That, Audience!, in regards to misogynistic fans in the MCU Fanbase.
The show will go further meta, by calling out problematic fans directly (or indirectly), with members of Intelligencia mirroring the Trolls in the MCU Fandom. The show has already done this, with negative real-life tweets being copied verbatim into the show. And the show mocking fans who publicly ranted over having a female hulk.

Every single guest star on the show will show up in some regard in the Season 1 finale.
Considering the final episode's title is "Whose Show Is This", it may be referencing the sheer number of people that show up to help Jen, especially now that she's possibly going to be imprisoned and put on trial for her freakout in the eighth episode.
  • Mixed. Multiple supporting characters do show up, but some characters like Maddisyn, Porcupine and Mr. Immortal do not appear.

Blonsky will claim he engineered Jen's breakdown as a way to absolve her of responsibility
He'll put on an act of claiming that he set everything up from the beginning when Jen first represented him as part of a Revenge by Proxy gambit against the Hulk. He'll be lying through his teeth of course and does it as a a way to pay back Jen for getting him out of jail in the first place. He'll be sent back to prison for this but go there with a smile on his face. For bonus points this will trigger a Villainous Breakdown for whoever HulkKing actually is because Blonsky will be getting credit for their master plan against Jen.

When X-Men characters finally start appearing in the MCU, Leap-Frog will get his ass thoroughly kicked by the Toad

Titania might end up having a Sequel Hook for the future
Well, given that she has only appeared in three episodes so far in the series out of every villain.
  • Jossed, but she does appear in the Season Finale.

Titania will be set up to presumably be acquainted or joined in The Thunderbolts
Since she is one of the villains who is the least evil one, due to how she was only bested and wanted to ruin Jen’s life.
  • At least not during Season 1.

Titania will return
Despite having only appear in three episodes of the series, there could be at least a few possibilities that she will return in the future.
  • Confirmed. She appears in Episode 9/Season Finale.

Titania will pull off a Heel–Face Turn

Jen's 4th Wall Breaking will ultimately have a mundane in-universe explanation
  • i.e. She's simply a snarky, sarcastic, genre and media savvy woman with a very active imagination, and a lot of inside information on the stories of the MCU's heroes, provided to her by her cousin Bruce. She thinks like a T Vtroper, and sees the events around her, including those with her own transformation, in terms of TV and Film tropes and cliches. All instances of her breaking the fourth wall, including the elaborate events of the finale, are simply her self aware imagination making note of the "cliches" and patterns that have formed in regard to super heroes and the world at large. It may also be in some sense a coping mechanism to help her deal with the stress of being turned in a Hulk and thrust into the spotlight against her wishes. Imagining her life as a crazy sitcom helps her process and deal with the very real stress the situation is putting her in

     Post-Release
K.E.V.I.N. is an avatar of the One Above All.
Self-explanatory, since he's the creator and planner of the MCU with authorial power over everything that happens. And this isn't the first time the One Above All has been a stand-in for Marvel creators, with one of his most famous appearances being when he took the form of Jack Kirby. Marvel Studios is in turn a manifestation of the House of Ideas.

The "Marvel Assembled" Earth is also home to Gwenpool and Clyde Wyncham.
After all, it's supposed to be "the real world", but as far as we know, Kevin Feige isn't a robot, so it can't be our-our world. Now who else comes from a purported "real world"?Note that K.E.V.I.N. remarked that She-Hulk is expensive to animate, and why would she need to be animated in the "real world"? And exciting music was playing when Jen was taking on Disney security, which definitely doesn't happen in real life.

Season 2 & Future MCU Crossover Theories

Jack Russell will make an appearance
Mainly because the potential Actor Allusion joke with Tatiana Maslany meeting a werewolf would just be too good to pass up

Deadpool will make an appearance and challenge She-Hulk to an Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny for the title of the MCU's number one fourth wall breaker

Dr. Leonard Samson will return and play a small role
He'll be revealed to have been studying what it's like to be a superhuman and volunteer to either become Jen's psychiatrist and/or help with Skaar adapting to living on Earth with Bruce. Ty Burrell will reprise his role. He won't be mutated in any way, but he'll put on a long green wig for some reason as a Mythology Gag (with an emphasis on the "gag").

Jen will end up taking on a member of the "Abomaste" group as a client
As for what their respective cases could be;
  • Saracen would be at odds with a blood drive volunteer. He assumed was trying to suck his blood and bit them "in self defense". To make it super awkward for Jen, the volunteer would be related to Josh.
  • Porcupine would be getting sued for accidentally poking them with his costume. The prosecution would argue it has to be intentional since he'd have no other reason to wear his suit other than to cause harm, when he's actually still just struggling to not wear it all the time.
  • El Águila would be being charged with "impersonating" an actual matador who thinks he's copying him and refuses to listen to him angrily insist he isn't a matador.
    • Said real matador would be Miguel Eloganto, aka the Daredevil enemy Matador.
  • Man-Bull would be getting harassed by a kooky cow farmer who is convinced that Man-Bull is one of his bulls that escaped the farm and is trying to "regain" custody of him. Jen would have to prove that Man-Bull is, in fact, a sentient man and ''not'' the normal bull lost by the farmer, but the judge would be a complete loon who insists they can't be certain that Man-Bull isn't the lost bull until the actual bull can be found. In a bit of Black Comedy, the farmer would openly state his intention to celebrate with a steak dinner if he wins.
  • Wrecker would try to get Jen to defend him for stealing the Asgardian construction equipment...But she wouldn't, since she knows he's guilty of that, admitted to it, and used said equipment to attack her. He'd admit that it was really dumb to think she'd go for it.

Agatha Harkness will appear
And what will she do upon meeting the main cast? Why, she'll use her magic to invoke A Dog Named "Dog" and transform Pug into a pug, just for laughs. She could even mention Sparky. Since Jen is vulnerable to Agatha's magic, Nikki will convince her to turn Pug back to normal by getting on her good side.

Skaar will start going to a normal American high school
It won't work out. Duh.

Emil will continue running Abomaste
  • It's implied that Emil's Seven Soulmates are the ones who own the property (even though we haven't seen them since the parole hearing). Wrecker will be the guy-on-site, since he seems to have taken to Emil's lessons better than the others, but Emil will continue to do the private therapy sessions via video conference. After all, Kamar-taj has Wi-Fi, and this is as good an excuse as any to get it set-up at Abomaste.

Obscure characters who could appear as one-offs
  • Aidan Gillespie/Anachronism
  • Nick Norris/Son of Santa
    • Nick will be suing Santa for abandoning him as a baby.
  • Heathrow Vance/The Great Video
    • The Great Video ends up in court after he gets accused of using his powers to peep on female performers in the dressing room.
  • Tagak the Leopard Lord
    • Tagak ends up accidentally being stranded in Los Angeles, where he seeks Jen's assistance in getting home with her fourth wall breaking powers.
  • A'Kurru U'mbaya/Icon
  • Denton Phelps/Hellrazor
    • Hellrazor will be a new member of the Abomaste support group, which is still being run by the others in Blonsky's absence.
  • Santa Claus, who is an Omega-Level Mutant. He'll be getting sued by his above mentioned son, whom he dumped on the childless Norrises as a "miracle baby" after the death of Mrs. Claus.
  • Madcap, another fourth wall breaking character, who is pissed that his usual comics arch-nemesis Deadpool never called him to be in his movies as a main villain. He goes after She-Hulk because he feels the need for an "arch-nemesis rebound".
  • Goom: A huge alien monster who comes to L.A. to contest a restraining order filed against him by the scientist who accidentally led Goom to Earth. Also a single dad!
  • Kid Copper: A wannabe Kid Detective who dresses like an archetypal British bobby and ends up causing more trouble than he solves.

Jen will cameo in Daredevil: Born Again
Jen and Matt are shown to have a close bond, and it would not make sense for them to not allude to it.

Jen will try to get K.E.V.I.N. to help with Kang and the Incursions
She will discover that not even Marvel Studios is spared from multiversal peril. This will be to avoid Fridge Logic about why Jen can't just push through the security (it was said to be beefed up, but she's still a Hulk, and Hulks smash things, plus there's far more at stake than a quality ending) and get a simple resolution.

K.E.V.I.N is a Kang variant, or a creation of one
It's reveal is all too similar to He Who Remains' to be a coincidence. A mystical entity with complete control over the ongoing events, watching from a wierd realm outside of the Sacred Timeline...

Deadpool would have a similar showdown with K.E.V.I.N.
He does have massive Breaking the Fourth Wall abilities. And that match would be amazing to see! It may end badly, with Deadpool destroying K.E.V.I.N and unintentionally causing Kang to succeed in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. It might cause something even weirder.

Jen will either open her own Law Firm or will work at Nelson and Murdock's law firm.
If it's the latter, the firm may change the name to Nelson, Murdock, and Walters Law Firm.

Jen will be called upon to represent Earth and humanity along side the Eternals in Arishem’s upcoming trial.
Given that She-Hulk was the first to reference Tiamut’s attempted Emergence, it makes sense. Also, she IS the head of the "superhuman law division".

At some point Jen will encounter a trial where she is not the only Super Hero Lawyer...

She will be representing her client in a case where the other lawyer will be none other than Harvey Birdman.
