Agent Lawrence will die
For a MTF agent, Agent Lawrence has survived several close calls with SCP's But That luck is bound to run out sooner or later. As of the episode on SCP-490, he has survived:
  • SCP-106: The Old Man Keter
  • Multiple instances of SCP-2191-2: The Dracula Factory Keter
  • The Mother in the Ice (SCP-1826) Euclid
  • SCP-966: Sleep Killer Euclid
  • Was part of MTF Bravo-Romeo, tasked with containing SCP-008: Zombie Plague Euclid
  • SCP-490: Ice Cream Van Safe, but still deadly enough to kill the newbie agent that was with him.
  • Smaller, recreated specimens of SCP-4158: Big Charlie Euclid
  • The other side of SCP-1562: The Carnivorous Slide Safe, but deadly on the other side. May have possibly neutralized it even.
  • The other side of SCP-5962: Euclid, but deadly on the other side.

Agent Carson and Dr. Collingwood will air out their grievances with each other
After another SCP incident, an argument could erupt between the two of them during which, Dr. Collingwood will demand to know why he's such a Jerkass and/or Carson will demand to know why she's so abrasive towards just him specifically. Eventually, Collingwood will admit that she hates him because he left Agent Lawrence to die during the Mother in Ice incident but Carson argue that he told Lawrence to run and It's not his fault that he chose to stay and almost die instead.

There will be a second episode on SCP-999
Initially excited to be SCP-999's new handler - after learning of its true origins of it, Collingwood is now deathly afraid of it. But as far as we know, she still is its handler. We may get a episode dedicated to the two of them and their new relationship.

Upcoming episodes feature SCP's 682 and 173
There's been episodes featuring Well known SCP's such as The Old Man: SCP-106 and The Tickle Monster: SCP-999 and The Shy Guy: SCP-096. The Hard to Destroy Reptile: SCP-682 and The Sculpture: SCP-173 are two of the most well known SCP's in the fandom. Yet they only have episodes detailing their history and origins respectively. It stands to reason that we may get an official episode featuring them, within the events of the main Canon.

Agent Sophia was secretly a Sarkicism practicioner
How else did she know that SCP-490's Super Surprise Flavor ice cream was human flesh, and furthermore ate it without even spitting it out?

Possible identities for the Chaos Insurgency mole
  • Agent Carson: Suspicious enough to avoid showing his face, plus he's done shady things before such as bribing a researcher into letting him use Big Charlie meat for barbecue.
    • Jossed - he's the Red Herring meant to look suspicious, but is one of the good guys.
  • Gustav: As the new guy (at least of the main recurring cast), he's a bit more suspect to be connected to any recent changes in the site's safety record as opposed to a more senior staff member. And considering how most of the others see him as annoying or ignorant and thus try to avoid him, he likely is left alone frequently and thus free to mess with things. And from a dramatic viewpoint, the idea of him tearing into Dr. Buck about her treatment of him would be fitting for a final villainous confrontation... Or him bragging about how easy it was to trick them into doing so by intentionally acting like he does.
    • Confirmed. He mentions that his clueless behavior was all a ruse, and takes revenge on Dr. Buck by shooting her.

Even if Carson was not the mole, he might have been in cahoots with them
For one, he didn't even try to stop Gustav from killing Director Jones, attacking Dr. Buck, and trying to escape with SCP-999. He even appeared to be weaponless at the time, which on-site agents really shouldn't be. Finally, his use of bribery to break standard disposal procedures in the Big Charlie episode and instead using the meat for a barbecue party with Gustav certainly does raise questions if the two were in on it together.

If there's a second season to this series, Dr. Buck might begin mellowing out a bit more
Especially since her years of dismissive attitude towards Gustav got her shot in revenge when he revealed his true intentions.
  • Confirmed with those she knows, like Molly, but as a result of Gustav's betrayal she distrusts newer personnel, like Riley.
