It's implied King K. Rool never left the basement and was only found after he burned it down, meaning his interactions with the Krew was all in his head. So, while Klubba's line about how K. Rool's "conquest and vengeance caused this", while in-character for him, likely wouldn't have been said at that particular moment. If that's the case, "Klubba" saying that line would have likely been K. Rool's subconscious calling him out for his ambition screwing over all the Kremlings who look to him for guidance, but like usual, he can't let things go and spirals further into madness.
