The series will end with Corona-Chan invading the town.
The characters are widely reviled by most of the fandom, and the premise is somehow alienating. In fact, the absurd amount of sacrifices that the renter Kazuya does for the girl, while the girlfriend for rent, Chizuru, doesn't treat him ever as a close friend doesn't have been unnotized. So in the 2020 of wearing masks and restrictions, watching those reviled characters being eaten alive by Corona-Chan would sure be a
Catharsis Factor.

Nagomi will die, probably near the end of the series
Considering that Chizuru's grandmother has died, it only makes sense for the other shoe to drop by having Kazuya's grandmother share her fate. In fact, Nagomi says that she'll "see (Sayuri) soon enough" at the latter's wake. That will probably lead into the final arc, which will determine whether Kazuya and Chizuru break up, or whether their relationship becomes true love.
Chizuru's father will return to play an important role in the final arcs
Should the movie succeed and propel Chizuru's acting career, her
Disappeared Dad will return and want to be a family again, making her conflicted because she thought she lost everyone, or resentful because her dad left her and her mother and only wants to be in her life because she's on a successful career path.
The film won't be the success Chizuru hoped for.
We've been shown that Chizuru's taste in movies is more on the artistic side, enough to be confusing to an everydude like Kazuya. And from what little we've seen from "Ultramarine Constellation", the dialogue comes off as cringy and convoluted, which will likely lose the interest of most of those in the theater, cause people to walk out and be considered a failure. Either this causes even more problems for Chizuru and breaks her even further, adding another 50 chapters of drama, or she comes to terms with it since her grandmother enjoyed it. She might even be fine with not becoming a big-name actress, and when she tells Kazuya that it's fine, she actually means it for once, realizing her goal of being on the big screen was more about impressing her grandparents. She might even believe that they were right there in the theater watching with her, convincing her that she accomplished her dream, and knowing that she couldn't have done it without Kazuya, finally realizes how she feels about him.
And in a weird twist of fate, it's Ruka who stands out and starts receiving offers to appear in other movies. And because her heart started racing during the filming of Chizuru's film, she realizes it's not Kazuya himself that makes her heart race, and it'll be easier for her to let go and move on from him. Ruka might even be the one to break off their relationship because she's no longer envious of Chizuru and realizes how much she's at fault for everything. She finally beat Chizuru at something, but realizes that Kazuya will always love her and doesn't want to cause anymore problems for them. She might even realize that Chizuru needs him more.
It's also possible that Nagomi learns about the premiere at the last minute, whether Kazuya tells her or learns it by accident, which causes Mami to find out about it. Eager to take Chizuru down, Mami attends the premiere and uses the opportunity to expose Chizuru as a rental girlfriend who stepped outside her bounds with a client, causing a scandal that not only destroys her potential acting career, but also gets her fired from Diamond. Kaz might also step up and call her out for it, finally showing that she no longer has any power over him.
And if things go from bad to worse, we'll get another arc with Sumi, except it involves her finally talking some sense into Chizuru by telling her that if there's anyone who will pick her up after she's fallen, it will always be Kazuya. Sumi might even confess that she's fallen for him, but convinces Chizuru that he's clearly in love with her and wants them both to be happy together. And knowing how Sumi drags Kazuya from place to place, she might even give Chizuru an ultimatum; if Chizuru turns down Kazuya and hurts him after everything he's done for her, she'll go after him instead, which might be a "ploy" on Sumi's part to get her friend to come clean about how she really feels.
- Jossed, jossed, so much jossed. The premiere is a success and things are looking good for Chizuru's acting career. Although Mami's return leaves one to wonder for how long.
