She's smart enough to see the formation of the Three Kingdoms, and so far no other candidate who could be Yueying is mentioned...- Jossed. Lady Fan is, like in Romance, the widow of Guiyang prefect Zhao Fan's brother (and Zhao Fan tried to marry her off to Zhao Yun, who refused on account of being too honorable; this turned out to be the smart choice since Zhao Fan later rebelled), but unlike Romance she's a Honey Trap Femme Fatale. And now she's probably dead, so there's that.
