Hina will attempt to become the Blackened of Chapter 4:
- During a flashback in Chapter 4 that takes place at the end of Chapter 3, both Hina and Makoto end up discovering Sakura's status as The Mole and, after a brief discussion, they decide to keep it a secret until the issue with Cele- Taeko dies down. The three of them promise to keep the secret, even from Kyoko in Makoto's case, and Hina even states to Makoto that "[she] will make [him] regret it" if he does tell. It's possible that, with the new Motive that anyone can expose one of The Moles in exchange for freedom, Hina might try and do something to Makoto to keep him from attempting to expose Sakura to escape.
- Also, while Makoto is arguably the most trust-worthy student in the Killing Game, Aoi's betrayal by Celeste has really put a number on her, with Sakura being the only one she trusts. It's quite possible that she's not confident that Makoto will keep his word, especially if her threat is anything to go by.
