Could this show be set after Red Guy changed the alternate dimension? And Parker is related to Yellow Guy in some way. Or maybe Mr. Meaty is a fictional restaurant in the DHMIS universe. It's no surprise that this show actually shares some gross out stuff like DHMIS as well as dark humor. So I'm guessing Parker and Josh could be descendants of either Roy or Yellow Guy. Or that the show might be in a separate area from DHMIS, possibly in a world populated by puppets. Similar to DHMIS, both works have puppet populations. And could it be that Josh was one of the characters in the time episode? Or that the tapeworm might come from the food episode?
There seems to be a very obvious art style between Mr. Meaty and the aforementioned Crank Yankers, which is an art style that just cannot be replicated elsewhere. Giving definitive proof that this is not impossible is that both shows are owned by Viacom, so we could very well see a crossover between the two in the future. There's some laugh-out-loud hilarious moments to be found when Parker and Josh meet Special Ed and all the other great Crank Yankers characters!
