Makka Pakka is not native to the Night Garden, but is an alien geologist who crash landed there.
- He is the only character who does not have a dedicated cabin in the Ninky Nonk. He is obsessed with cleaning the other denizens of the Night Garden and collecting rock samples, which he is also careful to wash, so that he doesn't bring back alien diseases if and when he returns to his home planet.
