Even though Ducktales 2017 will end, it doesn't mean that it'll be the end of this universe. With so much plot threads dangling, the series will continue through multiple spin-offs.
Darkwing Duck Reboot
- This reboot will continue where the last episode left off with Darkwing Duck trying to help Gosalyn find her grandfather, facing new challenges from Negaduck and rise of new super villains.
- Could potentially feature a new incarnation of the Justice Ducks. Gizmoduck is obvious, but other characters like Storkules, Lena, and B.O.Y.D. could also join up. That is, assuming if Morgana, Stegmutt, and Neptunia don't exist in this universe.
Goof Troop Reboot
- Instead of Goofy, the main character would be Max Goof and his own son/daughter as they adjust to Spoonerville or possibly a new town.
TaleSpin Reboot
- Could possibly be a Prequel, showing what Kit and Baloo got up too and just how Kit ended up with everything.
Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers Reboot
- Unlike their original counterparts who are independent party, the Rangers will work under SHUSH and stop the remaining FOWL cells.
- Other popular characters will be created in other means.
Quack Pack Reboot
- Joking nods in the Season 3 episode by the same name aside, this one could also get a reboot in the same universe; likely one of the last for timeframe (in-universe and production-wise) reasons. The whole premise of the show, as well as the cast's personalities, would get a complete overhaul in the process to fit the universe, unlike the respective originals' blatant lack of connectivity. The overall premise of the new Quack Pack would likely be the Duck kids adjusting to ordinary high school life after childhood of high-stakes adventuring.
Lena-centric Spin-off
- An original series that focuses on Lena and Violet as they fight magical threats to the universe, like Magica, the Phantom Blot, and (should he somehow return) Poe.
The Legend of the Chaos God Animated Adaptation
- If all the other involved Disney Afternoon series get spin-off reboots, it's easy to imagine a TV movie being made in the future based off of the big crossover comic. Solego's appearance here, however, could be tied to the heroes' attempts to use the Solego's Circuit to find Dr. Waddlemeyer, and the viwers (along with the characters) will learn how Solego's dangerous research into the multiverse turned him into a "chaos god" in the first place.
- Bonus if the shows Ducktales crosses over with are contemporaries it aired alongside such as Gravity Falls, The Owl House, Amphibia, Big City Greens, Wander over Yonder, Phineas and Ferb, The Ghost and Molly McGee, and Star vs. the Forces of Evil
Manny spin-off
- A Spiritual Successor to Gargoyles where Manny goes in search of other Headless Manhorses like himself (and they'll all be voiced by the original Manhattan Clan from the show) while fighting villains such as Xanatos, the Pack, Puck, MacBeth, among others.
- It'll be established that many of the mythological characters like everyone on Ithaquack, Gene, King Honestus, the Christmas Ghosts, Team Valhalla and even Liu Hai are all members of this world's version of the Third Race, or at least have connections.
There will be a Sequel Mini Series
- Like Adventure Time: Distant Lands, DuckTales will eventually make a short but lengthly series of specials centering around the supporting characters on adventures without the main cast.
Bonkers reboot
- A police procedural comedy in the same vein as Brooklyn Nine-Nine with Bonkers, Lucky and Miranda working for the St. Canard Police. Darkwing Duck would also make a few appearances here and there.
There is an alternate universe that features the world and cast of Sonic the Hedgehog, though it has no humans (Eggman is there, but as a non-human ape)
Special featuring the Wuzzles
The hybrid-monsters will be somehow brought from the island to the mainland where they wreak havoc, forcing the cast to try to stop and capture them. This will be the opportunity to feature the rebooted versions of Eleroo, Hoppopotamus, Moosel, and Bumblelion in the flesh.- And then some villain (possibly Steelbeak with his new heightened intelligence) will use the Stone of What Was to fuse a crocodile with dinosaur DNA, creating Crocosaurus.
Scrooge centered prequel
A prequel series about Scrooge's past adventures, taking inspirations and tie-ins from The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck with the inclusion of original stories. A prequel series showing adventures of young Donald, Della, Gladstone and Fethry
The series could be done as a retool of the original show albeit with some changes (Bubba, Tootsie, Fenton and possibly Gyro getting Adapted Out, certain scenes from the particuliar episodes being more realistic than cartoony etc.).
