The sequel will take place in the future.
In the sequel, you will play as another child playing a version of the game that's being ported/rebooted to an updated console (similar to how Punch-Out! was upgraded for the Nintendo Wii). Two endings will involve your father - David from the first game - rescuing you from the Dog, either by putting it down or sacrificing himself to save you.- Jossed, the sequel to this game (kinda) is BONEWORKS, and focuses on Monogon, Gammon's rival company.
