Right up till the end of The Acid Memoirs, it's a record of the would-be serial killer's dreams leading up to the murders. Déja Vu is set after the first murder he commits. Admittedly, the last tracks are more vague...- Magical Band of Fools could just be another dream / acid trip. The Bonus tracks don't count.
