Carl and C2 are actually the owners of Teletoon.
I mean think about it. How would Carl's blog be at the Teletoon website without any other modifiers? They most certainly wouldn't allow him to post on their site unless he had some sort of upper say. Not only that, but he must clearly have billions of dollars if he is able to clone himself with state of the art DNA cloning techniques. If he can do such wonderful feats that the masses cannot even dream of, who's to say that he doesn't own Teletoon as well? Sadly, he has came on hard times and has to sell it to the Cartoon Network guy.
