Elle was created specifically as a Tyke Bomb
Junior was apparently the one responsible for actually creating the Replicants for the Doll Hunt. Elle came pre-loaded with combat skills that would never have been included in the programming of a Replicant designed to be incapable of harming humans. It also explains how she was able to break her psychological prohibition against harming humans: She was intentionally programmed to have a breaking point beyond which her combat programming would activate. The clincher is that at the tail end of episode 9 Her handprint overrides the Penthouse lockdown so she can get to Wallace Sr. because the security system identified her as Neander Wallace Junior. Junior must have intentionally crafted her hand to match his own for purposes of the security system identification. Elle's entire existence is a massive Xanatos GambitBefore the series ends, we will see Niander Wallace Jr. blinded.
