"Stephanie" is A Form You Are Comfortable With for Death of the Endless

Twice when Cass is either dead or has a near death experience, she sees Stephanie, beckoning her to step into the light. This was written after Stephanie's death in War Games, so it's assumed that it's actually her. However, with the later Retcon of her death, this creates a few plot holes. Sure, it could be a hallucination, but "Stephanie" tells Cassandra several things that Cass had no way of knowing. Perhaps, for whatever reason, Death decided the take the appearance of Steph to ease Cassandra's passing.
