Corporal Pig's redesign in "Dopeys on a Rope" was a side effect of his injuries in "Thunder Chuck".

In the climax of "Thunder Chuck", Corporal Pig got struck by lightning, and then was on the receiving end of a brutal No-Holds-Barred Beatdown by Chuck, which ends with Corporal being pummeled into the ground. When Corporal Pig reappears in "Dopeys on a Rope", which was 2 episodes later, he looks... different. His skin is darker, his helmet mostly covers his eyes, and said helmet has a crack on it, and when he's seen without his helmet, there's also a crack on his forehead. Perhaps the reason why Corporal looks different from that episode onwards was because the injuries he received 2 episodes prior were so severe.
