An Expy of Quan Chi is the one controlling The Alicorn Amulet
The author has been shown to be a fan of Mortal Kombat and has already had an Expy of one of the Kombatants; One of Hope Lulamoon's old master's-Kunai Tail-is an expy of Scorpion, who coincidentally was a victim of Quan Chi's manipulation. And considering what happened to Trixie, sounds exactly like something Quan Chi would do,note It doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility, that any Big Bad pulling the strings behind the amulet, might draw some inspiration from one of Fighting Game's most infamous necromancers. Trixie's mother will show up to pull a Big Damn Heroes moment at some point
We have already established that she exists as one of the Grim Reapers and is not pleased about what the Alicorn Amulet is doing to her daughter, so it's not out of the question.- Adding to this, their will be a Big Badass Battle Sequence with Trixie, The Mane Six, Hope Lulamoon, Hopes old mentors, and princesses. Because why not?
