Full Service is a Bara Boys' Love Visual Novel by Herculion. The game was announced sometime between 2015 and 2016, and finally released, after much anticipation, on February 22 2020.

Tomoki Nakamoto is a young Salaryman in Morningwood City, two years into a stable but exhausting tenure at the well-established Schwarz Bank. It's a good gig, especially when many citizens are desperate for jobs. Tomoki doesn't really have time to notice, though, as he's a Workaholic who lacks any kind of social life: The only people he regularly talks to are his boss, Rald Schwarz, and his coworker, Hisami Kondo. After Tomoki is handed a card for a massage spa, Hisami encourages him to pay it a visit, which leads Tomoki to the Full Service spa and its staff of talented, eclectic masseurs.

The potential love interests are:

  • Sota Kobayashi: A cheerful university student who works hard to support his family. Specializes in shiatsu massage.
  • Remi Svennson: A model with a reserved personality, who sometimes shows flashes of dry humor. Specializes in Swedish massage.
  • Kovit Chaiyarit: A hard worker and blatant horndog who hits on every hot guy he sees. Specializes in Thai massage.
  • Rald Schwarz: Tomoki's superior at work, a serious yet friendly man who's the son of the founder of Schwarz Bank. Specializes in deep tissue massage.
  • Lenga Valentine: A mysterious amnesiac who Tomoki finds in an alley, passed out from hunger, and who finds work at Full Service as a masseur. Specializes in acupressure.
  • Oki and Okan Ardana: Twin brothers, bodyguards to "The Master," the spa's enigmatic benefactor. They provide a special "twin massage" to VIPs.

Tropes include:

  • Beach Episode: The spa employees take a trip to the beach to unwind after the success of Theme Day, leading to many classic Beach Episode highlights, like shell collecting, eating watermelon, a big group meal, and sex on the beach.
  • Big Fancy House: The Schwarz Mansion is this, as seen during the Schwarz Anniversary Ball.
  • Bodyguard Betrayal: If you max out Oki and Okan's affection, they'll turn against Hisami when he orders them to rape Tomoki, restraining Hisami so he can be arrested before turning themselves in.
  • Bondage Is Bad: Played with. Kovit has a couple of bondage moments that are presented positively, using a tie during the Schwarz Ball and vines during the Cosplay event, but the remaining examples are decidedly negative: Hisami has Tomoki bound in rope before he rapes him in his Bad Ending, and Sir Schwarz displays Rald in full BDSM gear in Rald's Bad Ending.
  • Cast Full of Gay: All the male characters are presented as gay. The doctor and Sir Schwarz may be possible exceptions, as Dr. Ken may be sleeping with female patients as well as male, though the latter is very questionable since he turns his son into a sex slave in the Bad Ending. The only heterosexual people in the game are Sota's mother and a nameless woman who (briefly) dates Remi.
  • Color-Coded Characters:
    • Tomoki is grey.
    • Sota is greenish yellow.
    • Remi is purple.
    • Kovit is red.
    • Rald is black.
    • Lenga is golden yellow.
    • Oki and Okan are brown.
    • Hisami is orange.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: The punishment for catching your son working at a sex-based establishment? Revealing that you've trained him as your submissive sex slave and showing his pitiful state to his subordinate/boyfriend.
    • Your work friend never picks up on your interest in him, and even makes new friends/lovers? Clearly the only thing to do is use your human-trafficking side-hustle to blackmail him into sex, with the well-being of said friends/lovers as leverage.
  • Depending on the Artist: This trope in generally in effect, as there are at least three variations of art style used by Mazjojo, but Sota's bodily figure is notably inconsistent in between his sprites and event CGs. However, it can be justified as how Tomoki/the player views Sota, as between being a late teen and an adult.
  • Everybody Has Lots of Sex: Well, it is an R18 BL game.
  • Foreshadowing:
    • The first hint that the game is not so sugary rainbow as it seems is an appearance of a mysterious boy crying in dark in the game's opening.
  • Ethical Slut: Kovit, most notably, Really Gets Around and constantly hits on Tomoki, but doesn't push when he's turned down, and vows to "romance" Tomoki when the latter doesn't want to be just sex friends. This is the case for most characters who have sex lives beyond their work at the spa, including NPCS, who proposition Tomoki in a friendly, casual way.
  • Found Family: The employees of the spa are this for each other, and Tomoki remarks several times that they're indeed close and act more like a family than coworkers. Tomoki is quickly welcomed into their group, though it's not quite the same as the spa employees are also in love with him.
  • Gender-Blender Name: In Thai, Thara is actually a unisex name, hinting at "her" true gender.
  • Hunk: Pretty much all of the guys in the game, as expected of Mazjojo.
  • I Am Not Pretty: Tomoki repeatedly describes his appearance as "plain and unattractive", despite being anything but. In fact, Kovit addresses him as "Mr. Sexy" and the other characters frequently refer to him as hot or comment appreciatively on his looks.
  • Internalized Categorism: The game's official guide confirms that Sir Schwarz's attempts to "discipline" his own son stem from internalized homophobia as he himself has no qualms sleeping with other men like Hisami while maintaining the façade of being a Heteronormative Crusader.
  • LGBT Awakening: The game is this for Tomoki, who's apparently inexperienced when it comes to sex and relationships; while it's not clear if he considered himself straight, his reaction to the Erotic Dream after his first massage implies that he's surprised to find himself attracted to the (male) masseurs, and his narration often remarks that he'd never pictured himself doing X during sex with the love interests.
  • Loot Boxes: Kacha functions as this, albeit a fairly benevolent version: Once per day, he dispenses random items that can be gifted to love interests, and it only costs 200 mani, 300 less than purchasing what items can be bought from shops. It's lampshaded by Tomoki, who's baffled by how Kacha can do this.
  • Love Redeems: In Hisami's Good Ending, his feelings for Tomoki make him doubt his decisions, and Tomoki's worry for him spurs Hisami to end his criminal activities and start over as a law-abiding citizen.
  • Magnetic Hero: Pretty much everyone falls for Tomoki over the course of the game, usually in surprisingly little time, and even NPCs eventually hit on him if you talk to them enough.
  • Massive Numbered Siblings: Sota has a lot of little brothers and sisters.
  • Nice Guy: Tomoki is this, being a genuinely good individual who'll take time out of his overworked schedule to help random strangers, and who cares about the well-being of people he barely knows. Remi repeatedly tells Tomoki that he's going to get taken advantage of, and Hisami considers Tomoki too good for the city. Tomoki's good nature and empathy forms the basis of his relationships with the love interests.
  • Nosebleed: Kovit has a surprisingly out-of-character one during the first indoor hot spring episode.
  • Once More, with Clarity: The entire game becomes this on a second playthrough, which unlocks Hisami's scenes, explaining where he is during his absences and the chances Tomoki didn't take to know Hisami better, which could have changed how things played out.
  • Reality Is Unrealistic: "Happy Ending" Massage does exist in real life, though it's generally much more limited than in the game and technically illegal in most places.
  • Scarpia Ultimatum: Hisami attempts to blackmail Tomoki into having sex with him, using the masseurs as leverage, and casually threatens to "get rid of them" if Tomoki refuses.
  • She Cleans Up Nicely: Several of the more casually-dressed love interests express nervousness when Tomoki asks them to the Schwarz Anniversary Ball, but they turn up in appropriately classy outfits with CGS to show them off.
  • Single Man Seeks Good Man: Even characters that are initially attracted to Tomoki's looks wind up falling for his kindness and concern for others.
  • STD Immunity: Sexually transmitted diseases appear to not exist in world of Full Service, given that condom is not present in any of the actions between the spa employees and clients. Oddly, it's vaguely alluded to during a date with Kovit, when Tomoki expresses concern for his freelance prostitution and Kovit assures him that he's got it handled, but it otherwise never comes up.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: If you didn't know by now, Ms.Thara is a guy.
