Power Rangers Zeo: Full Tilt Battle Pinball is, shockingly, a Pinball game, based on Power Rangers Zeo, the fourth season in the franchise. It was developed by Kaze and published by Bandai for the PlayStation in 1996.

The Machine Empire has decided to expand their reach. Instead of just attacking Angel Grove, they've launched attacks worldwide. The Rangers morph and head out to defeat the monsters... via pinball.

There are five stages to play through and twelve tables overall you have to conquer. By racking up your score and hitting the monster enough times, you can defeat it. Collect tokens to activate either the Zeo Megazord or Red Battlezord to battle the monster. Once you defeat the monster, head into the warp zone to move to the next table. The second table in each zone is strictly dedicated to the boss.

Tropes:

  • Adapted Out: Clanker is a complete no-show.
  • The Announcer: Alpha 5 announces when the table starts and all the various bonuses.
  • Athletic Arena Level: Table 3 in the America stage is based on Yankee Stadium.
  • Big Applesauce: The first table is based on New York, complete with Queen Machina as the Statue of Liberty, with the third based on Yankee Stadium.
  • Boss-Only Level: The second stage in each world is devoid of all the usual pinball bonuses, focusing entirely on taking out the boss in the arena. The final table is also like this.
  • The Cameo:
    • Billy makes some silent cameoes in the recycled clips.
    • The Gold Ranger makes an appearance in the coliseum table. Pyramidas shows up in the intro.
    • A spaceship that shaped like Orbus' face appears in the African Jungle table.
    • Zordon shows up in the ending.
  • Cognizant Limbs: You have to defeat King Mondo by first taking out his hands, then his head.
  • Cut Scene: Certain bonuses will activate some stock footage clips and give you more bonuses. If you collect all the spinning Megazord heads, you get a cutscene of either the Zeo Megazord or the Red Battlezord taking out a barrier or defeating the monster. There are also brief scenes between worlds where Alpha tells the Rangers where to go next.
  • Excuse Plot: The Machine Empire is attacking all around the globe! Save the cities, Rangers! Why are you fighting using pinball and not by beating them up like normal? Who knows?
  • Fake Shemp: Alpha 5 is definitely not voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz. Averted for the Rangers themselves, as well as King Mondo and Queen Machina, though only via stock footage.
  • Giant Hands of Doom: Both Prince Sprocket and King Mondo are fought this way.
  • Gladiator Games: One of the tables is based on the Roman Coliseum, where you have a boss battle against one of the Machine Empire's warships.
  • Pinball Scoring: But of course. It's almost impossible to beat a stage without getting tens of millions of points at minimum.
  • Robot Buddy: Alpha 5, naturally. Not only does he send you on your way, but he also acts as a ball saver should you activate it.
  • The Speechless: Adam is the only Ranger to not have any recycled voice clips.
  • Stock Footage: Liberally used. Many, many clips from episodes are used between levels and even as powerup scenes.
  • Toy Time: The Italy stage strangely has this theme.
  • The Unfought: Queen Machina appears in recycled footage, but is never fought whatsoever.
  • World Tour: Tables are based on New York City (including a second table based on Yankee Stadium), China, Africa, Italy (including a second table based on the Roman Coliseum), and the North Pole.
