Pixels Filling Squares is an Idle Game by Moczan released in June 2017. It has pixels fill squares automatically, then you can collect those squares to spend them on upgrades to make them fill faster. Once you have enough squares, you can unlock new shapes, skills, and prestige. It was remade as Pixels Filling Squares DX in August 2017 and as Pixels Filling Squares 3.0 in March 2018.

This game provides examples of:

  • Bribing Your Way to Victory: You can pay Kreds to gain permanent Skill Points and other bonuses.
  • Challenge Run: There is an entire grid of challenges, each one having a requirement and often a restriction. Completing a challenge unlocks fourth and fifth tier skills.
  • Critical Hit: The Critical Collect mechanic, unlocked with skill D3II, gives you a 25% chance to double collect value, but it's for manual collects only and has a five-second cooldown.
  • Disc-One Nuke: With 14 Skill Points, it's possible to unlock a skill that lets you start with five Generators IV. This gives thousands of pixels per second, trivialising a large part of early-game production.
  • Export Save: You can copy the 3KB+ save file from an in-game window and paste it back in.
  • Low-Level Advantage: Some challenges are easier the more unspent Skill Points you have, or conversely, get harder the more Skill Points you've spent.
  • New Game Plus: Once you make enough pixels, you can reset the game for Prestige Points and Skill Points.
  • Video Game Remake:
    • Pixels Filling Squares was ported from Flash to HTML5 as Pixels Filling Squares DX in August 2017. It introduced a lot of mechanics to the gameplay like multi-tiered skill tree and challenges.
    • Pixels Filling Squares DX was re-released as Pixels Filling Squares 3.0 in March 2018. It was recreated to remove some technical problems that crept in with updates of the previous version.
