One Hour With Mr. Hopp is the first Spin-Off to Mr. Hopp's Playhouse series, created for Halloween 2019.

The gameplay is similar to that of a certain other horror game: you are trapped in your room and you must survive for one hour by keeping Mr. Hopp away with your flashlight.

The game originally can only be downloaded exclusively from Moonbit's Patreon before the page is no longer available, until it received a 3D remake in 2023 called Mr. Hopp's Hunting Hour, where the gameplay is expanded into free roam style.

One Hour With Mr. Hopp contains examples of:

  • Adaptation Expansion: The Hunting Hour remake gives a whole new opening cutscene, explaining how the protagonist received the doll in the first place and why Mr. Hopp is after them. Additionally, instead of a single room, you have to keep an eye of the entire house.
  • Big Bad: Once again, the titular Mr. Hopp.
  • Controllable Helplessness: In Hunting Hour remake, if you fail to find and flash Mr. Hopp away from his hiding spot on time or making too much noise, he will come out and goes after you right away. There's nothing you can do to avoid him when this happen.
  • Featureless Protagonist: This is notably the only game of the series where the protagonist's identity is completely unknown, although it's implied to be Ruby. Not that it matters since the game isn't canon anyway. The Hunting Hour remake suggests it's an entirely different unnamed protagonist with a completely different family.
  • Vengeful Abandoned Toy: In Hunting Hour remake, Mr. Hopp goes after the protagonist because of being thrown away into the trash. Not that it matters anyway given his nature as a soul snatcher for the Entity.
  • A Winner Is You: Beating the game will grant you a gold star "for your troubles".
