The genealogy of justice will not end!

Kamen Rider: Seigi no Keifu (Kamen Rider: Genealogy of Justice in English) is a crossover Survival Horror game based on the Kamen Rider franchise, released for the Playstation 2 in 2003.

The four Riders (Riders 1/2, V3, Black and Agito) get pulled into an incident where Shocker is using a time machine to go to 1972, 1974, 1988 and 2004 to hinder the Riders under the direction of Evil Eve.

This game contains examples of:

  • Big Bad: The Evil Eyenote . As it turns out, he is connected to the lore of Black, having been a Century King, like Black and Shadow Moon are, who failed to become the Creation King of Golgom 50,000 years ago.
  • Canon Welding: Though a video game, Seigi no Keifu was the first story to explicitly tie Agito and, by implication, Kuuga to the Showa continuity.
  • Combination Attack: The Evil Eye falls to the four main Riders' Rider Kicks.
  • Comic-Book Movies Don't Use Codenames: Subverted. Agito was distinct from the older Riders in that he was not known as a Kamen Rider in his own series. This event, which takes place post-series, has him learning of and adopting the name, since Shocker's monsters recognise him as a Rider.
  • Continuity Snarl: Regarding the dating of Agito. Though, to be fair, Seigi no Keifu did not start it. Agito (2001-02), initially devised as a sequel to Kuuga (2000-01) before becoming standalone, had some early references to No. 4 (Kuuga) having defeated the Unidentified Lifeforms (Gurongi) two years ago. The problem is, both Kuuga and Agito asserted that they took place in The Present Day to the point of matching their year of airing. Ironically, when it came to taking a side in the conflict, Seigi no Keifu took the side of Kuuga, despite that show not being included here, and places Agito as concluding in January 2004.
  • Elite Mooks: Shocker's Wolf Soldiers, based on the Monster of the Week from Kamen Rider #39.
  • Hijacked by Ganon: Downplayed. Though the Rider eras are menaced by Shocker, the Big Bad turns out to have been derived from the lore of Black. Meanwhile, Shocker's Great Leader is nowhere to be seen.
  • Interquel: Using Time Travel, Seigi no Keifu visits four Kamen Rider series at different points in their history.
    • Kamen Rider is placed in November 1972, during the Double Riders' battle against Gel Shocker. After unlocking the earlier outfits for Riders 1 and 2, the player can choose to start their storyline in January 1972 instead.
    • V3 is placed in January 1974, while V3 and Riderman are fighting Destron's monsters led by Marshal Armor.
    • Black is placed in August 1988, two months following the emergence of Shadow Moon.
    • Agito is placed in April 2004, three months following the fall of the Unknown (Lords) and thus nine months before the "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue seen in Agito's final episode.
  • Moveset Clone: Kamen Riders #1 and #2 share a move set.
  • Mythology Gag: The Evil Eye appears as a giant disembodied eye, like how the Creation King from Black appeared as a disembodied heart.
  • Nebulous Evil Organisation: Shocker makes its return.
  • One-Winged Angel: Evil Eye evolves into a mutant form called the Complete Bodynote . After absorbing the energy of the Kingstone, Evil Eye evolves into a Rider-like form, the Ultimate Bodynote .
  • Sixth Ranger: Each of the four Rider leads have a second Rider.
    • Rider #1: Rider #2
    • V3: Riderman
    • Black: Shadow Moon
    • Agito: Gills
  • Survival Horror: It plays a lot like the fixed-camera games of the Resident Evil series. However like the source material, it's light on horror elements although it's there given the Riders are often alone in hostile environment filled with monstrous enemies.
  • Tank Controls: To be expected for a game that was heavily inspired by the Resident Evil series.
